“Visited and applied for this place recently, hoping to get in soon. The place looks beautiful on the outside and as I was filing out my application, my kids and I met some of the tenants and they were really nice. I pray I can get in soon.
My kids and I are facing homelessness and I understand how wait lists work but I can't get ahold of literally anyone else in this town (no other apartment complex) will answer their phones or return calls. But Villa Park Does, so I'm hoping to make this place mine and my babies home soon. I'd love it and so would my girls.”

“I freaking love it here! Quiet, peaceful and wonderful. Tim and his maintenance staff are on the ball. It’s really a wonderful place to live. I’m 57 and my neighbors are kind and great. We are all people of a certain age although I’ve interacted with some of wonderful younger people one of the whom helped me find my mailbox!!! It’s a challenge with keyed mailboxes!!! Rent from aspen management!!!”
