Jason was AWESOME! The most friendly and helpful car detail experience I’ve had! It was so nice to be met with a helpful friendly face and attitude and also the other other guy that helped pre wash the car was smiling and very pleasant! I will be back! This place is a dump now. Almost none of the vaccums are connected. Barely any suction. Trash all over the place. What happened? It was so nice when it opened and was a nice alt to mikes.

literally the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. The spinners didn’t even touch the side of my car and the water didn’t work so my car came out completely soapy. Dead bugs still all over my car. They didn’t even spray at the beginning. the wash was making rickety noises like it was about to break. pls do not come here. worst $12 ever spent.

Zips car wash has gone DOWN HILL, the service SUCKS and most of the time the staff doesn’t even look AT YOUR CAR when guiding you in! WHY are they either looking off into the distance or into the office??? The one in Springdale NEVER has vacuums working, and today I went to get a wash and was told ONLY THE LAST ROW HAS WORKING AIR, I go over there AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE AIR HOSES!!! I use the air hoses to finish drying my car because the actual wash always leaves water and I end up with water spots on my car if I don’t.

What happened? This placed used to be neat & clean. More than half the vacuums don't work, its unclean. Since when did they stop spraying off the cars before the wash. Sad

Do not waste your money on this car wash. I've been here twice and each time i've had soap left on my car after the wash, the trash cans have been overflowing spilling trash all over the parking lot, and if you find a vacuum in service, the suction is minimal and not useful at all. If I could give this car wash a zero I would.

This is one of the worst Zips Car Wash I have ever been to in my whole entire life. None of the vacuums ever work. The washer is always down and they need to start cleaning up a lot more. They just need to shut it down.

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING ! This place is a DISASTER! I have seen them decline rapidly since they’ve opened. THE VACUUMS DONT WORK! They don’t even seem like they care about fixing them. The hoses are all over the place . Trash everywhere! The wash itself WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR! I had a car get damaged and they said they are not responsible. SAVE YOUR TIME go somewhere else. The Zips on Dixie Highway in Fairfield is 10x’s better.

Worst car wash ever. Do not waste your money. No vacuums, half the lanes closed off and what vacuums were working had zero suction. Not to mention how much trash left everywhere in the parking lot and the place was filthy.
