The girl at the cash register left when I arrived without saying anything. When I questioned her she said was i free to self serve. I told her the customer is always right and she gave me her name.
No wonder target is lowering their standard to get more business.

This is the worst target that I’ve ever been to none of the scanners in the stores ever work. The self checkout lines are closed, half the time, and the employees are nowhere to be found when you need help or assistance. I’ve shopped at tons of other targets throughout Cincinnati and it’s always been exceptional customer service. They always have items in stock and their employees are always friendly and helpful. This is a low-grade quality location. This is the closest target To my house but I’d rather drive 15 mins to west Chester for better service and a store that actually has items in stock and employees who want to be helpful. This company should be ashamed to have this location up and running like it is

Great experience at the Springdale location respectful employees great customer service they love interacting with customers and that’s a big plus the Employees care about their customers experience in the Location good management n I’ll always return to this specific location for anything clean store and they always stocked up on everything. I appreciate the employees so much keep up the good work.

I typically do pick up orders here and have never had a problem. However, today I went into the store for a few things last minute. Workers were at work stocking, so there WERE people there. But upon check out the line was atrocious! There were 2 people at customer service & only 1 self checkout open total! ZERO cashier lanes open. ALL other self checkouts closed or not working, yet the line was backed up ALL THE WAY TO PET SUPPLIES!!!!! I had to wait there in line for 40 minutes! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

I visited this store to pick up shea butter for my hair because The Fairfield Township location does not carry that product.
Even with carts blocking aisles as workers fulfilled online orders and carried out stocking duties, every associate I came across was friendly.
One young man apologized personally for the mess to each and every customer who entered the hair care aisle. That takes a lot of humility and consideration.
I also overheard an older cashier help a customer resolve a problem calmly.
This store, although may be not the most "clean aesthetically pleasing" that people think Target should be- is a nice place to shop!

We went looking for an album that released and it wasn’t on the shelves. So I went to the desktop and Tyler was working. Not only did Tyler go look for them without any hesitation but they brought out multiple for us to choose from. I am so thankful and this was such a great experience for my friends. This store is horrible. I placed an online order this morning. When I picked it up and opened the package at home they hadsubstituted half of my order. I did not authorize any substitutions, and had chosen to cancel if the item wasn't available. Now I am out another trip to different retailer to get correct items. This store continues to go rapidly downhill.
