I typically do pick up orders here and have never had a problem. However, today I went into the store for a few things last minute. Workers were at work stocking, so there WERE people there. But upon check out the line was atrocious! There were 2 people at customer service & only 1 self checkout open total! ZERO cashier lanes open. ALL other self checkouts closed or not working, yet the line was backed up ALL THE WAY TO PET SUPPLIES!!!!! I had to wait there in line for 40 minutes! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Went to another target location to pick up an item from a gift registry. A part from the gift was missing so I needed to go to the Springdale location to pick up. I tried calling the store six times and nobody would answer the phone. I drove there anyway, in hopes of finding what I needed. When I entered the store, I noticed they weren't very crowded, so they weren't too busy to answer the phone. I'm guessing they just refused.

Store was ok, but, the self checkout was miserable. 2nd grocery item scanned resulted in an error of some sort, screen displayed an associate is on the way and the top screen flashed I was being monitored frequently. Clearly, that was not the case as no attendant came after nearly 5 minutes. I abandoned the cart and went to another store. No service, no money from me.

I found some things that I was NOT looking for, but they didn't have the item I originally went for (even though it showed on the website). Staff was pleasant & helpful.
