After years and years of loyalty,over 8-10 for sure!!!.... That one would think said loyalty would mean something and you would get the same deal anyone else would for just signing up,or being a new customer. No. No you do not! For slow,sssslow,almost non usable internet and calling,trying to figure something out with them for weeks....I finally switched and had to make the dreaded "break-up" or cancellation call I should say. After numerous attempts of them trying to persuade me to stay (I get it) and finally giving me a deal,it's too little too late. Sorry,not sorry! Then,Not only did I need to pay an extra 80 dollars,for literally only TWO days I used their service,the customer service manager was so rude,WOULD NOT EVEN HINT AT MAYBE A PRORATE,he was insisted and went out of his way to be stand off like,short,annnd,hung up on me. They wonder why we are leaving them in swarms,look no further. Alta Fiber doesn't even have to try with prices,service,and customer service like this! Shame Shame

the employees have no urgency, are dismissive, and are rude. They let a lobby full of customers accumulate and then rudely kicked us out, stating returns were no longer accepted there and threatened me and the other customers with collections if we left the equipment. I left my anyway because I was far from home, 2 they made us wait instead of being proactive and putting a damn sign on the door. lastly, you don't threaten paying customers with legal action. Unprofessional and unacceptable

Spectrum as a company is already hard to deal with. No accountability and consistent price increases. Then there is this store. The epitome of why Spectrum is tough to deal with. Spoke to a rep on phone, checked their website and chatted online, all to confirm Spectrum stores take equipment returns, didn't want to deal with UPS, figured I'd return the equipment directly to the company. As soon as I walked in, very hostility, by 3 people I was told we don't have to accept returns, you need to take it to UPS. Said their system updated in March, keep in mind website still says returns can happen in store. Asked who the manager was, was told "we don't have one" To customer service, this store is an absolute joke, but for Spectrum, it makes all the sense in the world. Avoid like the plague.

Worse customer service in the planet.I went here for multiple times with multiple issues never resolved single issues.Can’t even activate a sim. This junks are there to just show their faces. Never going back again.

I’ve got to say I wasn’t excited about having to go to a Spectrum store to get the SIM replaced in my phone, but my attitude was all wrong. There was no line, there were plenty of desk personnel, and Derek fixed my issue in just a couple of minutes. Well done!

My cable box died and I needed to turn in my old broken one for a new one. I was waited on very quickly and got my account verified without a problem. Given my new box and they gave me a new remote. I took it home and hooked it up (very easy). Works great. Sadly all my shows are lost.... spectrum find a way to solve this please.

Absolutely the worst service ever all they can say is I can't do that. Not sure why some people have jobs or why they even have this store open but it's probably time to close it if they can't help people.

At this point, I'm not sure if the people in the store even work for Spectrum. Nobody knows how to do anything right, and we, the customer, always get stuck footing a bill due to their mistakes and lack of competency. Then they wanna argue like they did nothing wrong. Twice I went in to buy new devices in full. And they charge my card for an activation fee and increase my monthly bill. When I say I want to buy the device out right, that's I mean. Then I have to come back to the store... twice now... to get them to do what they were supposed to do in the first place. This store is a joke.

It seems every time I go to the Tri-County store....there system is down. I made an online reservation 2 days ago, so u could get a new phone. When I showed up for my appointment, there system/internet system was down. I would think they could have contacted me before my appointment. Also...it's scary for my internet provider's company internet to be down.

I had the best experience here today! The employees were not only helpful but super fun. They looked like they were having a great time and were friendly with every single customer. I barely even had to wait! Sarah took care of me and was super helpful and knowledgeable.

Walked in and lady asked if I was returning equipment and I was. She said sign in to get on the board. Meanwhile the guy on the left side of the store is yelling they don’t take equipment returns and need to take to UPS across the street. The lady is repetitively yelling to sign in to get on the board. While the guy on the left is yelling repetitively take it to ups across the street. Don’t bother with this location. Poor service. No help. And they don’t take equipment back like the Spectrum customer service said they did.

In my experience this seems to be a really bad company. Their employees and their policies seem to be very harsh and cold. They try tactics to trap you and seem to charge people for things they shouldn't. And very rude to you when you try to stand up for yourself

The workers are great when you actually get to talk to one. The company consistently understaffs this location which means you wait for hours just to do something simple like return equipment.

Time Warner had to change their name since their service in every way was horrible. Get ready, with customer support (NOT) people like Austin, you will have to change your name again soon. Only hire people that are polite and courteous. Austin has a chip on his shoulder. Time to retrain.
