Wait time was extremely too long. I was attempting to upgrade my phone but ran into a lot of difficulty. I tried to return a faulty phone and they charged a restocking fee. The representative helping me was very curt and looking for an altercation. She would not tell me what the hold up was and walked away from the counter several times without explanation. She made me call the mobile service line to solve the issue myself. Re-training in basic customer interactions is sorely needed. A pleasant smile and good communication could have solved a lot of the issues.

Been with Spectrum Since 1969 had spectrum Internet and TV and phone went all the way up to $240 Cut back to just the Internet for streaming Started off of 49.99 a month they kept raising the bill. I went to the store and told them if they raise the bill one more time I’m quitting them. They said go ahead and do what you need to do. So I did today. I called up altafiber $50 a month one gig on it for three years guaranteed price.

Totally unprofessional from the start. Never been treated by customer service like this incident. Soon as I walk in could feel the energy of (why you here). Truly was ready to walk out then. But I was recommended from another spectrum associate to stop by the store before you take your business elsewhere. So that's what i did. I told him Verizon was offer me a better deal. He look at me and said will go ahead, you see. I said see what, there giving this price compare to yours. He followed up by calling me a liar SMH. What he did is make me 10 year customer switch to Verizon and been very pleased. But with that disrespect I wouldn't pay more just not to deal with disgruntled workers.

Very dishonest people there. A black girl charged us for 2 phones and kept the 2nd one. She used a second account that she was not authorized to use to hide the purchase. Just spent 3 hours trying to get our money back. A tall white guy did his best to help us but a stocky black guy was constantly butting in to cover for the thief. We will be calling the police if we don't get our money back soon. Corporate needs to clean house there. SEPT 10TH And we have yet to receive our, $1,200. This place is absolutely dishonest and full of thieves. STAY AWAY!!!!

Nikita I’m sure I didn’t spell her name her right but she was so sweet and kind the wait was long but that’s the staff members fault lol! I understand what’s it’s like to have so many people upset because you doing your job assisting others. Anyways I got out with everything I came for.

At the Spectrum store situated at 403 E Kemper Rd, Springdale, OH 45246, the customer representatives exhibit rude, disrespectful, and hostile behavior. They do not show regard for customers of any age group. The employees at this store lack the necessary skills to interact with people and should be terminated. It is advised to avoid visiting this location as the disrespectful conduct of the staff warrants immediate closure of this Spectrum store.
