They overcharged me and I didn't even leave the store when I pointed out that they overcharged me, and they wouldn't make up the difference and wouldn't let me return the purchase... Even though I never even left the checkout counter. They just told me that the listed prices that they had hanging on the wall haven't been updated to their newer price increases.I'm challenging it with my credit card and submitting a complaint to ftc Truth in advertising. I took pictures, but other buyers should be aware that they intentionally overcharge and refuse to fix it even if you point it out, which suggests it's not an accident but intentional.

Rude staff especially the tall(ish) bald guy that usually wears a hat but he's not the only rude employee here. Almost all of them seem annoyed when you walk up to the register. Almost every time I go in they're out of either my wife's or my cigarettes. I can count on one hand how many times they've had both in stock. I'm certain they actually do have them they're just too lazy to restock and they refuse to check to see if they have any more. It's been like that for years. I try hard to avoid this place but sometimes it can't be avoided without going out of my way. One positive thing is that I've seen less panhandlers hanging out here lately.

I went to this location to purchase some gas at 6:06 pm 7-19-21 so while at check out I forgot to get my Kroger points card scanned. I was attempting to put in my alternate ID but it wouldn’t process so I asked the clerk if I could scan my Kroger plus card and she said no because I would have to do everything over again. Really isn’t it her job to give the best customer service possible? I would like a response from theManager of this location. Her behaviour is unacceptable period!!!

We were out of gas and only had enough to make it to one station. You are listed as 24 hours but were closed at midnight and now we are standing out in the cold waiting for an Uber. Update your hours jackass

Staff is very rude. They kept following me and my husband around the store. When we went to checkout they kept asking us if we had money even tho we told him we have a card and kept retelling us they don't take ebt. We never asked that question and they shouldn't have assumed that we have it.

We were told restrooms are closed due to Covid. If you are so concerned, why are your employees not wearing masks? We went right down the street to Circle K. Spent $50 just on gas, bought drinks, snacks and a car charger. That's how much you lost in sales due to your employees not wanting to deal with restroom maintenance. Have a nice day.
