Not a great experience. The man was very dismissive towards me (I’m black).There was a couple he was happily taking care of but when it came to my turn he was not very nice at all. I had to basically beg to be properly serviced. He didn’t want to look my insurance up and when he did he only looked my name up and not the member ID even though he had my vision card. He did not seem very informed which is very surprising as it’s a vision place. He tried to tell me my vision card was my medical even though I kept telling him it’s a vision card and eventually a second worker came in and had to look my member ID up because he kept telling me I was in active which was not true. I’m not sure if it was my race because I witnessed him being kind to another couple that was not black but when it came to me he acted like he did not want to service me and ended up wasting a lot of my time because he acted like he didn’t know anything. Needless to say I recommend you not go here and go somewhere else because the treatment I experienced was a 0/10.

The costumer service here is poor !! .. the is food poor !! , the kitchen never has anything prepared it doesn't look very clean AT ALL !! and they also gave us a burnt cheese pizza that looka like it's been under the warmer for over 4 hours i was highly upset & i wish i was making this up .

HORRIBLE customer service! The inconsideration from staff and management is mind boggling. This is the third time now that I have waited over an hour for grocery pick up. (Last time was 3 hours.... Yes, 3 HOURS!!). I arrived here at 7:15 PM, there are about five other cars waiting with me, not once have we seen someone come out. I came in and had to demand to speak with a manager, and it is now 8:20 PM. Now I'm told that they are closed and will not be bringing out any more orders. They literally just allowed all of us to sit out there with zero communication. Outrageous! They are horribly understaffed, and I understand how that is. My issue was not with them having longer times due to understaffing. My issue is that they still allow customers to arrive and wait for pick up and there is absolutely zero communication with them. First of all, Give your customers an accurate pick up time. If it's going to be five hours from now, didn't say that! Don't allow them to arrive at the store and then sit in their car for hours waiting on you. That is so rude and inconsiderate. The kids working here are absolutely clueless, and frankly rude as hell. This is my last time here. Unfortunately, I'm canceling my membership and will not be back.

Don't waste your money on high end glasses (Tory Burch). I purchased mine from Sams only to have them break. My intention was to get the Tiffany Glasses this year, well this changes my mind! No, I didn't sit on them or misuse them, I was cleaning them and wow they pulled apart between the lenses. I will go back to Sears. I still have my glasses from Sears to wear until I get a new pair with the correct prescription.
