I ordered a couch and ottoman that they had to order. they arrived and the ottoman was the wrong size. I tried calling to fix the issue and they have NO WAY of reaching them by phone. the contact me form never reached anyone and I had to use the online chat on their website.it has been a week and a half of playing email tag with someone who can't even understand that they sent the wrong one. every time i use the chat they say someone will call me and no one ever does. They may be good when nothing goes wrong but this has been a nightmare otherwise. I highly recommend getting your furniture somewhere else.

Would not recommend. The company delivered a damaged couch. I contacted them immediately and yet 9 months later they still have not fixed it. Company support is slow and ineffective.

We went out today to shop for recliners and met Jonah. After giving him a couple of things we were looking for, he led us right to it. Very knowledgeable, no pressure exceptional customer service! Ask for Jonah...he is outstanding!!

Jonah was patient and so knowledgeable. He helped us even to re arranging a whole display so we could see how it fit in our room. He even suggested items that we weren’t thinking about. Make sure you ask for Jonah when you go to this location. He won’t steer you wrong.

I purchased a massage chair from this company nearly 3 weeks ago I purchased it on a Monday and I was told it would be delivered by the following Monday I expressed my concern about the delivery and ensuring that the delivery company was credible given my sister had just had a major ordeal With their non credible delivery services. Sales person Patel assured me that there would be no issues and if so they would handle everything we secured the delivery for the very next Monday at 5:30 PM 5:30 PM. I rushed home from work to meet the delivery driver when 6 o'clock came I called to see what their ETA would be at which point the delivery company told me that I email them and change my delivery date until the end of the month I assured him this it never happened I had no access to email them given the store had scheduled this delivery Sales person Patel assured me that there would be no issues and if so they would handle everything we secured the delivery for the very next Monday at 5:30 PM 5:30 PM. I rushed home from work to meet the delivery driver when 6 o'clock came I called to see what their ETA would be at which point the delivery company told me that I email them and change my delivery date until the end of the month I assured him this it never happened I had no access to email them given the store had scheduled this delivery The company told me they call me back they never did I reached out to Morris to speak with Patel who equip Patel who also said to me that the delivery company told them that I emailed them to push my delivery back a month and again I inform Patel you scheduled this delivery I had no contact information In order to change anything regarding the delivery he assured me he call me back the tail called me back later on that night and said oh what the delivery company said they can be there tomorrow at the same time this did not work with my schedule he then said will let me find out what else I can do never hurry back from Patel I waited 2 weeks with no updates But I finally did receive a update he informed me they could deliver the item to me with no concession on their delivery fees or anything yet treated me as if I made this colossal mistake beware But I finally did receive a update he informed me they could deliver the item to me with no concession on their delivery fees or anything yet treated me as if I made this colossal mistake beware.

The salesman will tell you everything is in stock and it will be delivered in two weeks. Over a month goes by and they show up without parts of the furniture. Now I get a call that they said I’d be lucky if I got it home n April because people have been waiting since February of 2021 and still don’t have their purchase. I will never buy from Ashley Morris again.

They gave me a good deal and the customer service was good while buying my couch but I any time I call or text for an update to check on it, I get no answer. Good customer service doesn't stop after the purchase. See the whole order through.

This is so frustrating. You are unable to speak to anyone in customer service. I ordered furniture last year in August and do not have anything other than a mattress. I ordered a bed frame, dresser and 2 bedside tables. I would not suggest this company to anyone. Please beware it is not worth the headache. The worker was nice and helpful but once the purchase is complete it is all frustration from there on out.

Never buy anything from Morris at 11765 Commons Dr, Springdale, OH 45246, you will regret your decision. We bought around 20 items from there. In the beginning the delivery team were not professional at all. We had to report to our sales and schedule for exchange since they kinda broke them. It actually getting better latter. But, its really hard to get in touch with them, for the sales and customer services. Most of time, we have to drive there to report our issues, nobody contact us. Terrible customer support team!!!! Finally, After 10 months today, we received our last delivery. We are really disappointed for everything we received. Do not trust them, when they told you if you are not happy with your items, you can return, but the truth is they WON't let you to return!!! For today, the delivery team said we can keep the items until the new order came and they will send us repair technician to fix it. Do not schedule for a repair technician, otherwise they wont let you return!!!!! if you don't like it, just refuse the items!!!! I have attached pics for the dresser we waited for 10 months, the drawer was not able to close at all. We asked for a soft closing drawer. I think it should now called "tough closing drawer". Even you contact their customer team, you told them you are not satisfied, they wont fix the problem for you. They kind of encouraged you to leave negative feedback, they are not care at all. So, I want to share my experience with you guys. Don't be stupid like me!!! Again, most regret thing I have done in 2021.
