“Granite America was AMAZING!! Sindhu was excellent in helping with selection, working with pricing, and assuring quick turnaround for installation. She even tolerated a few small add ins and still delivered on time. The guys who came and installed were incredible! Professional, kind, went above and beyond my expectations and took care of some installations of my added last minute ideas when I fully expected to be doing that after they left. They know what customer service and satisfaction and going way beyond the standard is all about. I would use them again and will be recommending Granite America to friends.

“I was at my witts end with a 39 year old American Standard faucet. It had been leaking for many, many months so I contacted American Standard. They referred me to Noel’s Plumbing. My faucet would not have been able to be replaced without removing the whole tub. They immediately contacted me and told me what to do. They stayed with me the whole time till I found the problem although they didn’t get a sale out of me they did fix my problem no more leaky faucet, I have them in my contacts now and will use them anytime I have a plumbing problem. “We remodeled our house and had Ryan‘s glass for all our shower enclosures over the last two years. We wanted a big frameless shower enclosure for our master bathroom and Ryan’s glass was the only one to get that job beautiful done. I had more than 3 other companies in for estimates and all other said that we couldn’t get a frameless shower enclosure. The measurement guy ( I’m bad with names?) from Ryan‘s glass understood our vision.All employees were very kind and and easy to work with. A big plus for us was that they have a showroom. We went there and could see and talk about what we wanted to have.We especially liked that they glued the shower panels to the wall or together in the corner and used minimal hardware. That was exactly the look we had in our mind.The other two showers were a smaller project but look very beautiful too.I‘m so glad that I found Ryan‘s glass.”

“Fun to walk through and spend a couple hours, took a star off though for the fact that IKEA sells dressers of specific specifications but then doesn't sell drawer storage inside the drawers that matches the dressers dimensions which is annoying.”
“IKEA has made a point to have more vegan options and they delivered. The little cafe downstairs (next to the exit) sells veggie dogs. They are made from kale and lentils. Really great! The restaurant upstairs has veggie balls (veggies) and plant balls (pea protein) as options. Note: I checked the ingredients to the sauces and they look vegan but check for yourself... Not all sides (mashed potatoes) are vegan. You can also buy the veggie and plant balls in the frozen food section they have (near the exit). I've added some pics of the ingredients.”
“Over the course of the past year, I worked with Jeff to select some absolutely amazing products for a wedding venue I was building in Columbus market. Jeff was incredibly helpful in providing names of installers, helping me select the best products for the various uses and determining the amount of material I would need. He helped me educate me along the way on which products were best and etc!!That’s not where the story ends though, in-fact it gets even better. During the construction phase, three weeks before the completion of the project, custom luxury vinyl tile was stolen off the site! Savanah the store manager took IMMEDIATE action. She called stores all across the country to find replacement material. She kept me informed all along the way and reassured me everything would work out.This was such a nerve racking experience because we literally had weddings and we were scrambling. I worked with a lot of designers on this project but they were 11/10 on stars!! I would not hesitate to call them and use them for absolutely anything you need. The products are amazing but the customer service is unmatched .I will only call this team to support my needs on this project and any other project. They truly saved the day. I will forever be grateful for everything they did to support me. See photos of the amazing marble luxury vinyl! It’s because of them I was able to host this event!!”
