We had a lot of storms last night so I thought I would call the store and see if everything was okay because we're almost 3 hours away and she was very rude and was saying if we would Google the store that was the hours and I just stated to her that I wanted to make sure that what the storms that everything was okay that the store was open but she continued to let me know about Google so guess no going to this store I will not spend hundreds of dollars at an establishment that can't be at least showed a little respect though their customers.

I had a terrible experience at K&G Fashion Superstore due to the rude and unaccommodating behavior of the store manager, Mia. When I approached her with a question about a particular item, she rolled her eyes and sighed as if I was bothering her. It was clear that she had no interest in helping me or providing good customer service.
When I asked if there were any other options available, Mia was dismissive and unhelpful. She seemed more interested in talking to her coworkers than assisting me. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing to be treated so poorly by someone in a managerial position.
Overall, my experience at K&G Fashion Superstore was extremely negative due to the behavior of manager Mia. I will not be returning to this store and would not recommend it to others. Customer service is a key aspect of any retail business, and K&G Fashion Superstore failed miserably in this regard.

I was in the store on the 14th and bought my son's suit for prom. I am so glad that I came here, because the color suit he wanted was 100.00 less than the 1st place to which we had gone. I was able to get a suit, shirt, bow tie accessories and cuff links and alterations for less than the price of the suit at the 1st place. Les and Betty were so friendly and helpful.
I returned to the store on the 25th to pick up his suit after alterations and Jeanette rang us out. She was pleasant and helpful as well.

Manager Mia is very rude. I am a frequent customer and am being treated without any regard. More training needed in customer service

I’ve been shopping here for years, never had any issues. But recently, I came by to buy a suit for a very special occasion and was hoping to get some advice. It wasn’t busy at all when I went, no one came by to help so I grabbed my stuff and left. Got home and the pants weren’t actually the size as advertised so I had drive all the way back to return it to get a better size, but on the way there I realized I forgot my receipt but remembered you guys ask for phone numbers for receipts so I thought I would be ok.. I was wrong.. got there and was told I couldn’t return it because I didn’t have the receipt… THEN WHATS THE POINT OF ASKING FOR MY PHONE NUMBER!?! Wasn’t happy about it at all.

Melvin and Joanna (Sorry if I misspelled your name)and the rest of the staff were great. I was withmy disabled family member and you all treated her with respect and care. Bathroom was clean and sanitize. The only thing that was a bother is that you all do not have any Military Discount.
