I purchased a very special necklace. The fingerprint that I had to work with wasn't the best quality. Tim and Ashley were wonderful and went out of their way to make sure the necklace turned out very special. It was beautiful and exactly what I was envisioning. I appreciate the time and extra effort to make it special!
