I can say the exact same for Austin as well! I had an appointment with Austin and he went above and beyond in assisting me. Definitely recommend Charles Schwab and this branch more specifically!!”

“This is our nearest PNC branch that we've been banking with for over ten years. We opened student accounts when our girls went off to college here, and we've gotten many documents notarized. They've always been friendly and efficient. We went recently and they still have a drive thru and ATM, but the lobby is locked. We called to make an appointment to get docs notarized, and a manager greeted us to let us in. They are Covid conscious and use acrylic barriers and masks. We enjoy banking here!”

“Great for small business banking and flexibility to do most of my affairs online or over the phone. Downside is the tellers (all have been rude so far) can’t answer any banking questions when it comes to small business and you have to wait to speak with a small business banker. If my reviews was based on the teller experience it would be a negative 5. Thankfully being able to take care of most things without them give the review a much higher score.”

“Never had any major problem like I have with other banks. 5/3 always have some kind of fee or charge for some crazy sh*t like forcing overdrafts because they would do debts before credits even though the deposit money is in there possession. Sounds illegal to me they hold your money but charge you over draft first then apply your deposit. I LOVE PNC!!!”

“My son needed to open a checking account so his summer job could process payroll through direct deposit. We walked in the door about ten minutes prior to closing. Andy Dearing, Branch Manager, was incredible! He told us not to stress over the time. He would help us and make sure everything was set up correctly. He spoke to my son in a very caring and professional manner. Offered advice on the dos and don'ts of owning a debit/credit card. He used meaningful examples to which my son could relate. Before we wrapped up, he told my son when to expect to receive his debit card. Once it arrived, Andy asked for my son to return so they could set up online banking and the virtual wallet. He shook my son's hand and treated him like an adult. Offered his business card and encouraged him to reach out if he needed anything. We returned today to set up the online banking. Andy was just as friendly and professional as before. I'm very thankful for Andy. He gave my son sound advice to help him start on a firm financial path. The rest is up to us.”

“Can't say enough about Michelle at the Finneytown, Brentwood PNC. I believe she is the Assistant Manager. Recently my bankcard was compromised. Unauthorized charges. I was so upset, felt violated & was so nervous. I stopped in the branch office to get it resolved. Michelle was so nice & comforting. So efficient & understanding. Validated my feelings. “I've always had great customer service here and I'm always treated very well. I don't bank there but I deposit for someone else.They don't bother me about opening an account or getting a PNC credit card, like most banks do, when they find out I bank someplace else.I wouldn't mind if they did ask, because it's their job to try to get new business and new accounts started. I would absolutely recommend their services.Even when I've cashed lottery tickets here, they've been extremely professional and they don't act like it was a waste of time or anything.”
