Great customer service covers a multitude of concern for me, and this place has it!! The moment I asked for the front desk's assistance with the room I had checked into online, Saide came to my rescue! She confirmed my assessment and helped me get into a new room in one fell swoop!! I will 100% be back to patronize this hotel. Saide's service saved the day. Thank you ma'am!!

I stayed at Home 2 Suites for 2 nights and had an issue with my reservation the hotel mgr Lawrence Barr, was so helpful and accommodating with my reservation and stay. Great job sir, and I will be back with my family.

Front desk offered Great customer service at check-in/out. The king-bed with suite room was so updated, CLEAN, and spacious. Mini-kitchen (with all the amenities less a stove) was sooo handy for an overnight stay (and would be so much more if we were staying longer).

Excellent customer service! Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Hats off to "Missy" for exuding over the top hospitality! Location is in a quiet area with a restaurant literally a 2 minute walk away.Rooms: Clean! Well maintained, comfortable, quiet.Safety: We never felt unsafe here. After hours key access to the building a definite plus!Walkability: Restaurant across the back parking lot.

We stayed here 2 nights. The 2nd night there was 12 cars who had their windows smashed! The cops came at 430am but no one was notified about their vehicles. Even at check out the next morning no one even said anything about what had happened. Everyone found out when they walked out to their vehicles. We all tried to speak with the manager, but they would not come in. They were very rude about closing down breakfast after we were outside talking to the cops. And was no help or even courtesy enough to Check on any of the ppl staying there!Safety: My vehicle was not safe and the staff was not helpful

Be aware of this place. If you make the reservations through booking, they will cancel your reservation just to charge you double. I had a bad experience; the manager didn’t answer emails or calls!! The worst of all was that we arrived on time. The lady at the front desk told me they were having issues with the payments. When the check-out came, they asked again for my credit card, and they told me that the night before they were having issues. Then I noticed the two charges on my credit card. When I disputed the transaction, the answer from the manager was that I have canceled the reservation. I never did. I called booking, and they found that the cancellation was actually made by the hotel.

Rude argumentative and unprofessional staff. General manager more interested in escalating a conflict. Rooms generally unclean and poorly maintained. Soaps in shower empty and broken. Multi year diamond member, have never had such a poor experience in any Hilton property. Following up with corporate.

Title: Disappointing Service Experience at Home2Suites Springdale OhioI recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the service at Home2Suites Springdale Ohio, particularly with a desk manager named Missy. I called to request a change in my reservation, needing to push back my stay by a day, but I was met with a complete lack of assistance. Despite having a nonrefundable prepaid reservation, Missy offered no help when I asked to speak to a manager, insisting that she was the only point of contact. The conversation quickly turned sour when I expressed my dissatisfaction, and she abruptly hung up on me, offering a dismissive "God bless you" as she did so. It's worth noting that I remained calm throughout our interaction.Feeling frustrated and unsupported, I contacted 1-800 Hilton and was relieved to find that their customer service representatives were incredibly helpful. They understood the constraints of my nonrefundable prepaid reservation but were able to accommodate my request without any hesitation. It was a stark contrast to the unhelpful and dismissive attitude I encountered from Missy at the hotel.I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism and customer service exhibited by Missy. Instead of simply stating that she was unable to make the change I requested, she chose to adopt a nasty and unhelpful attitude, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer.Ultimately, while the service at Home2Suites Springdale Ohio fell short of expectations, the exceptional support I received from 1-800 Hilton's customer service team salvaged my experience. It's a shame that the on-site staff were unable to match their level of professionalism and willingness to assist customers. I hope that the management at Home2Suites Springdale Ohio takes steps to address such concerning instances of poor service, ensuring that future guests do not encounter similar disappointments.

This hotel is very unprofessional and unpleasant for a stay the service SUCKS the owner Devon is very rude and not accommodating… they have roach’s and bedbugs the bedsheets looks nasty and the showers and floor were dirty from. I wouldn’t recommend NO ONE TO STAY THERE AND WASTE THERE

Couldn't get Wi-Fi, no follow up from front desk regarding the issue. Overall though, a nice stay. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear a lot, but in general it was not a bad place for the price. Everything was very clean. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

When we walked into the room it was evident that the beds looked slept inThe linen was visibly not clean. Very disturbing.The front desk was very helpful in changing the linen. Very understaffed one person after 4pm. The thermostat on the wall was not working. And the pool swim at your own risk dirty dark film around the perimeter. Ceiling light hanging loose above the refrigerator. Made management aware but they did not seem to bothered by dirty linen as long as it was changed.The person at the front desk great customer service and very helpful to be the only person working.Rooms: SpaciousSafety: Appeared safeFood & drinks: Nice Breakfast

Great location and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The patio is a great place to kick back and relax. Overall this is a great hotel.
