Gaslighted my son and gave him the shittiest haircut ever even though I tipped 50% So my son who is 11 had a hairstylist criticizing him over his facial expression today. The bitchota literally told him repeatedly what he was feeling and told him his facial expression was something in her language. And his haircut looks like someone confused a bowl cut with a bob and had a seizure in the process. We are going in to have it fixed tomorrow but we will not return there again if they employ such petty people with such poor behavior towards children. Shame on your familia princessa.

Angela at the springdale plaza is the only one that I will let cute my hair she is the best and I consider her to be a great person and a friend she does the best I don't even have to tell her what I want done she already knows she has an awesome personality very friendly to her customers iv been going to Angela for some years and I'll keep going to her and only her .Angela should be your employee of the yearThank youNancy Rodriguez

Stylist was very unprofessional, and pretty much admitted she had no idea what she was doing. She told my husband “Yeah I’m not very good at blending” after she had already started his hair. Another lady came over to salvage what she messed up, but the haircut still looks ridiculous. If you don’t know how to do the job, you really shouldn’t be touching anyone’s hair.

I am horrible with small talk and am quiet. I really liked Wanda. She seemed to have picked up on that. She did a fantastic job.

If they close at a certain time, make sure you make appointmenta online bc they will turn away walk-ins an hour before they close. They want to go home right when they close. Poor business practice.
