I had a print framed here About 3 months ago. The artist who I purchased a print from recommended this place during my purchase when I brought the print, and the employee who helped me was very familiar with the work so I don’t know if maybe the artist has some kind of a deal with this company. I did get talked into buying the museum grade glass which I’m glad I did because it does reduce the glare. My issues are that in the corners of my frame they’re separating. I noticed this a couple weeks after I brought the print but I kind of ignored it and now it’s too late to do anything as it’s past the 30 days. Now every time I walk past the print it bothers me. So instead of focusing on this beautiful artwork now I’m focusing on the fact that the frame construction was less than desirable. The corners definitely shouldn’t be separating like that and it’s making me nervous that the whole construction of this frame is not stable. Because that glass was so expensive I know that I will eventually take this frame to another framer to have it fixed or replaced. I won’t return to this framing shop.

My favorite places for frames. They have a ton of ready made frames at reasonable prices and they don't come from China. They can also help you with custom framing and have designs in house. My go to place.

I work for a company that does deal toys and I needed 4 frames. I contacted them and asked them to replicate another frame we made before and to send me pictures for approval before they ship the pieces to me. What a nightmare, everything they did was completely wrong. I contacted them and they were so nice and said they were going to fix it. Guess what? it was wrong again. Then the manager called me and told me that they were wasting a lot of time and money in my order of only 4 frames and that what they made was correct. If you guys could check what I asked for and what they made, you guys would be surprised. The quality of the frames wasn't bad, but their customer service is terrible. You can't underestimate a client just because that person asked for only 4 frames, business is business + you will never know how big the next order can be.

Ordered 4 large prints/frames for over $400. They arrived and looked nice. I went to hang them and noticed one of the frames was ALREADY broken. Ok. Next one, a BRIGHT BLUE STAIN on the print itself, not the clear membrane that protects the art. Ok, so now 2 of 4 are damaged. I go to hang the next one, there are 3-4 HAIRS inside the art work. Again, not on the clear membrane that protects the art, in between the clear layer and the art. So I get to now spend an hour fishing a total of 6 hairs out of the art work. Customer service said they would refund me $70 for the frame. What a joke. Horrible products, horrible service.
