I had a scratch on my finger that was no where near the nail or where they would be working on my nails. The nail tech embarrassed me, spoke very loudly telling me that my finger was basically a health hazard! She talked down to me and basically ran me out of the salon in tears. Giving this place a one star was even too...

Been coming here on and off for the last 5 years. Work is beyond inconsistent which is why I stopped coming. My sister unfortunately booked the appointment for an upcoming vacation. Nancy the owner did my nails first while my sister got a pedicure. Pedicure was finished first so Nancy decide to run through my nails leaving uneven nail sides and unfinished work. Pedicure was fine by Lee. She then charged me $60 which I refused to pay. I asked for a discount and show her the unevenness and sloppy work. She got extremely mad and said “let’s cut them off then!” And began speaking Vietnamese who Lee the pedicure gentleman. He attempted to soak me off with heated acetone but Nancy in Vietnamese told him not to use the warmers so it takes longer than he hid in the back until I left. Very unprofessional and so embarrassing for a company. Please save yourself some time and money.Also funny. My card got charged $80 from DoorDash based out of California where she said she had family at previous, can’t fully confirm but very odd coincidence.Services: Nail extensions

These people are very rude & inconsiderate to how you feel about the end result of your nails. I have only been to them twice & have been disappointed in the color of my nails both times. I only spoke up once about it & they had the audacity to disrespect me because of it. Lee is the worst person to have do your nails unless you like someone doing your nails with an attitude. The color I chose BOTH times looked completely different on the model & on my nails. This by far the WORST nail shop I have ever been too in my entire LIFE! They also refused to fix them for me & told me to go somewhere else to get them fix. The lady in there is rude & disrespectful as well I do not recommend them ever.

Horrible job! All I got was a pedicure. It was another customer in there getting the same service. I was helped as soon as I walked in. My feet hasn't been done in months!!!!! So I expected my feet to come out brand new. I left the same way I came in. Dry feet and dry skin everywhere ! I will never be back!!!!Service: Pedicure

I absolutely hate leaving poor reviews and will always fight with myself to avoid it. I honestly can’t avoid doing so here.The staff was very friendly, as well at my tech. That’s not the problem at all. The quality of the polish he used was extremely poor. I mentioned wanting to switch to another more than once, but he kept assuring me it would finish well. It was clear that the polish was very thin and that the finished nail would be streaky. I thought the best I could manage to get it to look even halfway decent would be to ask for a third coat of color, which he argued against but ended up doing anyway. The polish was even dragging and extremely tacky, which has resulted in a very uneven and bumpy surface. And I can tell that when I barely bump the nail on anything that it will smudge or pull back. Even with him ‘curing’ them under the light five times (seriously) I do not trust them to last but perhaps a week at best.I truly should have asked for my money back, or even some discount, but I knew it would cause too much headache and arguing.As I said, very nice people. But the quality of the polish and the insisting on it being a-ok doesn’t fly. If you do choose this salon, at least insist that they listen to concerns. It could be they are keeping some polished for too long, or diluting what they have in stock.Service: Manicures

Nancy and Lee are extremely professional. Following all COVID safety regulations. I got a pedicure and felt like a woman in a bubble, they sanitize everything prior to me sitting in the chair and the Massaging chair was amazing! Letting Nancy do her thing for designing my toes and hands was the best thing for me. I can’t say enough about this place, love everything
