Just had to start using CVS due to INS. Been waiting a week for my prescription. I had been using an independent pharmacy (Days in Glendale) for the past year. Never a problem ?
Edit: wait over a week. Go back to check on. Still on backorder. They have it on the shelf. Exact same thing. They won't fill it ?

It's May 4, 2024, around 4:15pm. What I will say is that the older girl behind the register really should learn to close her mouth and keep her political views to herself at work. No matter what someone may have come into the store to purchase, even if u don't agree with it, just do your job and shut up! Because even if the customer you were ridiculing didn't hear u, it doesn't mean we other customers want to hear your rantings either. It's very unprofessional. The time could be better spent answering the ringing phone or cleaning up. It was just all around bad.

The pharmacy is awful, specifically Innocence who works the drive thru. She always lies and says prescription isn’t there, but if you know your doctor sent it and have proof, magically it will be ready in 30 minutes. The lying is unnecessary and it waste valuable time.

Pharmacy techs are always friendly and ask if I have any questions. They discuss with me any possible adverse interactions that my meds may have, I appreciate it.

I was in a hurry to buy some items to go out of town; ordinarily wouldn’t have spent so much at CVS. (Huge total!). Then I get to find that the security clamp was still on the socks I bought. Had to use heavy duty wire cutters to remove and in the process I now have holes in the socks. Moral of the story leave enough time to pack that you don’t have to run into CVS.

Very poor service at this pharmacy. They literally won't order out of stock medication unless you ask them to, all the while telling you that your prescription is ready to pick up when in actuality it's out of stock and they haven't bothered to order more. They told me every day for five days that my prescription was ready to pick up, when I came in they couldn't fill it because it was out of stock. I asked if they'd order more and the person who helped me had to check with their supervisor. They said they would place an order and it would be ready the next day. I came back the next day - still out of stock, come back tomorrow. Came back the next day and STILL the same exact thing. This time they told me to go to a different pharmacy instead. And instead of calling my prescription over to the new pharmacy to help me out when they've been giving me the run around for over a week, they told me to do it myself. Worst CVS ever.

This used to be my favorite store to coupon at but here lately its been a nightmare. They have rude managers that assume you are stealing even going as far as looking through your pharmacy bag full of only medications. Would not recommend this store to do any business other than the pharmacy

I can never reach anyone in the pharmacy to ask a simple question. I'm not able to drive there right now. I have been calling off and on all.day. Ridiculous. I've been there during the day and they're closed. Terrible

One star simply because of the Old security guard? Whatever he is wants to stare me and my son down the whole time and act as if we were up to no good. My son is autistic and had to potty badly but apparently that's a crime. Sure hope that dude isn't like that to others. Get rid of him.

They make their own hours. I have come three times, three days in a row and there is this sign posted that the pharmacy is closed. They never have prescriptions ready, they're always out of stock. And the customer service is extremely disappointing.

Prescriptions filled late, no notice. Prescriptions on back order here but nowhere else, no notice. There is absolutely no attempt to be proactive about anything here. Hours are the worst and they keep cutting them back.UPDATE: It was in stock the whole time, they've just been closing early and are behind... 4 days behind

I’d give less than 1 star if was an option. 5 different times during the day called the pharmacy- waited and waited and waited over 46 minutes each time before hanging up.Why - I even called from 2 different phones at the SAME time - NO ANSWER after 45 minutes on each phone. This wasn’t even their peak time or lunch. Why do they even have a phone service?
