“What a great first time experience for me at Microcenter! It's my first time looking to get a Gaming PC and the store seemed overwhelming, but wow the technicians made it so comfortable. A big Thank You to Spencer for helping me end up with a quality custom PC and Thank You to Matthew for helping me with Keyboard options and mice. The staff were all amazing, even the cashiers. “I went in to trade a couple devices in and buy some headphones. Fredy did my trade in, and even though I entered one of my devices incorrectly online and there were some technical issues with the register he was so patient and helpful and apologetic about how long it was taking, even though it wasn't his fault. Keith checked me out and he was just as friendly and cheerful. I interacted with a couple other employees and all of them were so happy to help me and so friendly. I've been here a couple times and the employees have always been this way.
Other than the technical issues and my mistake, trading in my devices was really easy and painless. It was also easy to find what I wanted to buy and everything was very clearly labeled, plus there's enough employees around that it's always easy to find someone to help. I really like that they don't understaff like a lot of other stores do! It means a lot to me as a customer that employees are treated well.”
“Recently, my computer stopped working! In the past I have taken my computers into a repair shop to have it evaluated for repairs. But these days I am not able to carry my tower out to my car. I called a few places to see if they made house calls, and most said that they didn't. Then I remembered how many times I passed Pro City Computers on my way home from work,. So I gave them a call. It was a great experience from the beginning. When I called I had to leave a message, but my call was returned promptly. Then I got a call from the owner who wanted to set up a time to come to my home and check out the computer. He came, took my computer to the shop and it was returned repaired within just a couple of days. I was very pleased with their service and I will surely recommend this business to my friends and family!”

“So first off the customer service is excellent Daniel is outstanding. I received a PC and had some troubles with SSD and Daniel was more than happy to send me a brand new one with a return label so I didn’t have to pay to send the old one back. Since I’m new to PC I had a problem with getting the new SSD set up and Daniel was very patient and understanding and guided me on how to fix the issue. Now it’s running better than ever and huge thank you to Daniel for all of that without him. I would be still trying to figure out how to do it from square one. Amazing service amazing company 100/10 would recommend.”
