I came here for a bank account after visiting a few other branches which I would have to wait for too long. A super nice professional named Leslie Ayers helped me with everything i need along with his nice conversation there. Thank you Les, you’re the best. A true gentleman.

I don’t know if this location is severely understaffed or what. I’ve been waiting for about 15 minutes in the lobby just to exchange bills. Every time I come here, the wait is ridiculous.

Usually a good branch, but today not so much. Apparently their ONE AND ONLY TELLER didn’t show up today. For some unknown reason the bankers can’t make cash deposits, so there’s apparently no one here that can help. Everyone was friendly enough, but out of the 4 bankers (sitting in offices shouting across the lobby to each other and carrying on conversations) and the branch manager, no one can do the teller job even though there’s no actual teller here. I’ve never had an issue at this location until now. Not sure if I’ll come back to this one or not. I wish someone could explain to me how a BANK can’t bank! Especially when there are BANKERS seemingly doing nothing at the present moment. I get it, people call out and the labor market sucks. But dang, no one can step up and go “hmm, there’s no one here to do this? Let me help out.” Honestly, shame on the branch manager.

Went to cash my yearly withdrawal on my account. Would not cash my bank of America check,from my account, with proper identification, unless I paid 8 dollars

Do not come here, had an appointment at 12:00 no one is up at front, got recommended to Angela by another banker but she’s still taking care of another clients information that isn’t even here before taking care of a client that had an appointment, it is now 12:30 and I still have not been taken care of. There is no excuse for this, customers inside get help first. These people are terrible.

Worst service I have ever received no true help zero front door service no tellers to assist with documentation needs the care reader was dwn 2 days in a row so no one could access any accounts or information this location is rude and extremely disorganized!!!!!

Horrible....the workers were nice.. but I waited 15mins in an empty bank, the was one teller behind a wall...I got up and left...I will never go there again. One teller on a Saturday...It would have been faster to go to the atm at walnut st or colerain...BOA....I very disappointed!!
