The service was outstanding. I was treated very professionally by the receptionist and the entire staff. The dentist was very thorough and explaining all of my options.. He gave me detailed information on which option he would choose, and the reason why we selected which option and he had me scheduled for the same day, and everything was taken care of within three hours. I was quite impressed and would go back again.

This was my first experience with Aspen. I have to say that everyone was extremely professional and helpful and kind...from the x-rays to coming up with a treatment and payment plan. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental and this location and staff!

This is a review for my partner. Paid for an Uber up there to be told they no longer take his insurance (Wellcare Medicare) even though he had his insurance contact them to schedule an emergency appointment. They apparently don't care to self update what insurance they take leaving those that need help sol. The receptionist person didn't seem too compassionate either when he told her the situation. I wouldn't recommend this place because who knows if you can actually go if they don't care to update insurance companies.

I've been debating never coming here again but today sealed it. They sent me countless text during the week confirming my appointment and the day of they cancelled it saying I should have called to confirm??? What is the text for??? Since when businesses have become so LAZY that it's up to the CUSTOMER to call them??? Aspen Dental does business like a factory. It's more Happy Hour than Happy patients. If I cancelled on the day of I would be charged but they can cancel and act as if it is my fault even after I confirmed several times with the text they sent me. One word, this location is "Bootleg" and I'm being nice. They will never see Me again.

Staff was nice and the doctor was great the only reason I'm rating them a one star is because I googled a specific insurance and their company popped up as my tooth pain this morning was a 20 om a scale of 1 to 10. I had to make an appointment the first available was for 830am. I left work for my appointment only to arrive to find out they don't take my insurance. I was told they could put me on a payment plan. I was in so much pain that I just wanted the problem fixed. By the end of the visit I was told it was going to cost a nice amount that I couldn't afford at that moment so I was sent home with a printout of the cost and a business card. I then searched other places who would take my insurance only to be told that all appointments for today were booked and to call in the future as early as 7am. I left in pain not even being offered half of a tylenol I think I could afford that.

*****If you have had a similar experience please reach out to me via messenger*****Aspen Dental in Springdale will not refund my money from December when my son went for wisdom teeth removal. It’s not a couple of bucks they have robbed from us. They do not fully sedate even though they told us they did and when we walked into the “surgical room” it was in a broom closet attached to what used to be a kitchen area with boxes and paper and filth everywhere on top of a broken surgical chair and dim overhead light. They claim the check was sent and refuse to help. First time it was sent to wrong address now it was allegedly sent and have not received and cannot get a call back. Even if they had offered full sedation my son was terrified at the room we went into and refused the procedure due to this. Any advice from anyone on this matter?

Waiting time was minimal, every step of procedure was explained and checked by Dr Anderson. I had a very good relationship with all members of staff. I will be happy to recommend this particular office anytime. Thank you for your care.

The hygienist was great and very professional. The appearance of the facility did not feel clean and felt unsanitized. The public restroom was filty! It appears that the toilet had not been cleaned in many weeks!
