I've been working directly with Woodhull for 7 years now and I don't have a single bad thing to say about them. My favorite thing is that I never have to even think about any of the copiers that Woodhull provides and services. On the VERY rare occasion that something does go down or break, service is always same day or next day. I've yet to deal with someone who wasn't friendly and knowledgeable and I honestly couldn't be happier. Highly recommend working with Woodhull. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve worked with Woodhull for many years now. They are an excellent company, from the technicians who are always friendly and punctual to their supply department and account management, everyone is great to work with and you really feel like they value the relationship and will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. We use their copier and print services but I know they offer a broad range of business solutions and I would highly recommend any of their products and services.

We have been a customer of Woodhull for a number of years. We replaced our old copier with a new one from this company because we've received excellent support. They are prompt in service and when we order supplies, they arrive quickly and are expediated if I inadvertently forgot to order.

I have only had one experience to rate in my year of being here at Community Church. I ran out of toner late one Friday afternoon and was able to get it replaced (by going to the office) and finished my printing job by the end of the day. Everyone was very nice and supportive.

The overall experience had significantly declined over the past two years. We recently experienced an issue with one of our copiers where they couldn't get it fixed for 6 weeks. It took them over three weeks to get us a loaner for that machine. They can't keep employees, so that says something about the company too. I would save yourself a lot of trouble and go to a company that treats their customers better.

Always pleasant to work with, prompt with repair service and quick to provide supplies when needed. Repair man is always courteous and gets the job done, usually the first time, unless they have to order parts.

We have been extremely happy with not only the Ricoh copiers that we lease from Woodhull, but the service that we get from them. I would recommend this company to any business looking for office machines.
