It seems like they have no communication within the business. I was overcharged on premium by $600+ because they wrote me 2 policies then took weeks to cancel one of them (I eventually called the carrier directly to cancel) and they never responded to email regarding that situation. About a 10% chance you’ll be able to speak to your account manager within 5 hours. Honestly just extremely slow service and very little attention to detail.
Then to no ones surprise, I advise them to no longer service my policies at my renewal. Wouldn’t you know it, both home and auto renew, now I’m stuck getting everything refunded and cancelled. Better luck just quoting yourself or going somewhere else.

I am disappointed in the fact that EVERY time I call they tell me I don't have an account with them. I have been with them for years and still no one with your office seems to realize I have been a loyal customer.
Also... EVERY time I call I get put on hold or informed my agent isn't in and that they will call me back. Doesn't happen... No calls back, which puts me back to calling them and being told (again) that I don't have an account and going through the whole sorry scenario again. If they do call back, I get a short tempered sarcastic agent who obviously doesn't have the time to talk to me. Hours upon days have been spent trying to deal with your staff. I've had it!

Really like the hometown feel. When you call the office, it's answered by a real human everytime. She's really nice too.Boomer's love that!

I have been with the Wades and Sandy since 1979. Many cars, 3 homes (in three different cites around here) adding family they have been great. The service I have received when necessary has been incredible. The few questions I have had over the years have been answered thoroughly and always contained good sound advice. The claims I have had to make have been resolved beyond what I would believe other company's would have provided. They rarely see me but always know my name. They treat me as if Springboro was still a small village - but with world class service. Give them a call - you won't regret it.

Warning! Do not use these people. Do not give them access to your bank account. They will make withdrawals without authorization and say they will look into it. Save yourself a lot of headaches.

Not only do they have top-notch customer service, everything is dealt with swiftly. Very knowledgeable staff have a great portfolio of insurance company to serve every need. Highly recommend it.

It is sad that I am talking about the owner of the company as well as the people that work for him. Not really sure what they do except be rude to the customer. They are not able to answer questions the customer has. Their answer is to just submit a claim for everything, but if the customer submit more than two claims they want to drop you. Will not even give you phone numbers to people that you could ask the questions from.
