USPS carrier took my package to the wrong place. I got an email and a text message saying my package was on my front porch when I got out there there was nothing out there. I checked my ring camera to see if I seen a UsPS carrier around that time And I didn’t see anything in the past three hours, so there’s no way that they even Near my house.
I am disabled and had to have someone here to bring him my packages. Management from this office contacted me today and said that they are going to get a hold of the carrier that deliver the package and get back in touch with me but No one call me back yet

This makes the second year in a row they have failed to deliver my registration sticker and card that I renewed. I used my address last year and according to daily digest it was delivered but not in mailbox. I had to purchase another sticker and card and had it sent to my mom's address. She got it last year. This year I decided to use hers again since I had success, but of course they failed again even though digest shows it was delivered. So once again I've had to pay another fee to get a lost sticker and card. It's really ridiculous. I know it's only 6 dollars and change but that's about 13 dollars I'm out because the post office can't seem to get their ish together.

Writing a five star review because I have previously dealt with the most kind and helpful employees here and I don’t want this to reflect poorly on them. I ship out my resale clothing items here and it has been such a great experience until today. Of the two employees at the front today, I worked with the unhelpful and unkind one. Such poor customer service. I left without even shipping my items. I hope I just caught her on a bad day and that she isn’t rude to others. Thanks to all of the other employees who have always been so kind.

Starting my own business and I had a small question about how to write my address with the new P.O. Box # Gregory called me back and helped me with my “minor” question but then proceeded to educate me on all of the useful tips and programs that the post office provides (especially starting a business which requires a lot of shipping to customers) etc. He helped ease a lot of stress! So thankful that he went above just answering my question but provided me with information I didn’t even realize I needed but is going to be very useful and important for my business.

I am very late in writing this review because I've been irritated for a while now. Not only have I been not getting mail on most days and I usually do, I have been getting my neighbors' mail often. That makes me wonder who is getting mine!!! It seems a lot of people just don't care about their jobs anymore and it disgusts me. I'm sure a lot of people do care like myself but it's getting worse everyday or so it seems. Then a day or so ago I received someone else's mail from an address I have never heard of. Wow! Not happy... P.S. And why can't you call your local Post Office directly?! So annoying!
