The manager and employees are all very rude. When I have walked in there at 7:50 am in the morning no one there l am getting my coffee on the way to work, the manager clearly saw me and walked into the back office as I stood at the counter. Since when did the employees get to decide they were not going to make milkshakes and malts because they didn't want to? Is this a new policy when there are only two employees working? The woman behind the counter said she was only doing dips because she "was the only one working." Yet another employee rang us up. And no, the machines weren't broken.
I have never experienced this at any UDF before. Usually the Springboro location is pretty on top of their game, but whoever this person is has gotta go somewhere else. If you don't want to do your job, go home. FFS

I was served a peanut butter shake that was I am questioning if ice cream was even added. It was milk when I was handed it. Absolutely disgusting.
Customer service is nonexistent. Smoke breaks come before customers.

Went in the store for ice cream at 10:00pm 5/21- the whole entire store inside and out is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. Walked out and will be contacting the health department in the morning. Absolutely disgusting-

I was just at this location and there were a line of people waiting to be checked out. Two girls were working and they refused to check people out. They were just making milkshakes. Several people left, including myself. They were talking back to the customers in a defiant way. they were rude and inappropriate

Love making a stop here on a hot day. There was a line, but that was to be expected on a hot day. They were fast and pleasant. We got 3 shakes and they were great. Plus we got some gas points for next time.

I went to udf to get ice cream to cheer me up but the big man with brown hair and a beard gave me AND my friend the wrong flavor. How can you mess up 2 out of 3 orders?! Usually udf has good ice cream but the sundae I got tasted terrible.
