Springboro TSC is always so fridndly & helpful! Ron Howard helped me fix a problem with a trailer I bought there today. They all seem to be very knowledgeable & if they dont know another employee will.

Inaccurate inventory. Drove all the way over to pick up something that said “in stock” online, only to find out they don’t have any. What’s the point of displaying inventory online of different stores if it doesn’t mean anything. Waste of customers time. Won’t be back.

Poor service, higher people that don’t know what to do. Definitely lack of training price is much higher than Rural King
I used to shop there all the time before they made their enlargement since I’ve made their enlargement. They have been hiring people that have no clue of where anything is or how to even locate it. I was in there today needing help for a lawn more Veebelt, and there’s a tall fin kid working first of all. I had no idea where they was Located and I told them they were over here at the side of the wall so we went over there and he had no idea of how to help me. They are hiring people without training them very poor Service. Can’t wait till we get a Rural King or something like that in Springboro. I would not even bother shop in here. Their prices are jacked up as well. Better prices at Rural King.

Did a online order today at this location for a Pittboss 5 vertical smoker/grill this is what I got when I opened it.very disappointed in the rusted Pittboss that looks like it sat in mud for 5 years. Can not believe a business would sell this
