My 12 year old son and I checked out the Recovery Room after one of his basketball tournaments. We both loved the Normatec Compression Boots for muscle recovery! The environment is relaxed and the facility is super clean. Dr. Mehta is an excellent physician. Excited to try out more of their services! Come check it out!

I came in complaining about a stiff neck. Kelly very effective performed cupping on the areas with the most tension. After being there for 30 minutes, I am already planning on coming back for another cupping session. Thank you ?

The Stem cell PRP therapy is amazing Dr. Mehta and staff explain everything in detail. It has changed my life I would recommend this to anyone who has arthritis or joint pain. Just had other hip and back done 29 April 2021.

I really like the Recovery Room, because, not only do they have treatments that will help you right there, they also help you find ways to fix the issue that caused the problem in the first place. I also feel they are very knowledgeable about alternative options to find true wellness, which is a more wholistic way of dealing with injuries. They also have a connection with Freedom Pointe CrossFit, and part of my membership provides use of basic wellness tools such as, compression boots, massage guns, infrared sauna, and massage chairs. All in all, I would recommend the Recovery Room to anyone who is serious about fitness and taking care of themselves.

My experience at the Recovery Room was great! They make all of the amenities extremely accessible, and my cupping session really helped by focusing on target areas. The staff is very friendly and helpful and their new location is awesome - makes you feel like you’re at a spa!
