It was a great experience when we first went in, friendly helpful staff to assist in getting us switched over from ATT. We were told that I’d be able to take advantage of a promotion even though I wouldn’t be able to switch over for two months (my ATT phone was new and couldn’t be paid off until three months had passed). We were assured that we could take advantage of the rebate as my number would be ported over at a later date. After an hour on the phone with the rebate center they told me to call the store where we switched. The assistant manager Kristi assured me that no mistake had been made on their end and wished me, “good luck finding a new carrier”.I guess people just don’t care about good customer service anymore. If you find a place with good customer service, whatever business it is, stay with them and tell everyone you know!

Walked in a on whim on a Sunday evening and a nice person (Dana) greeted us. We have had an account with ATT for at least 20 years. Our iPhone's were XR's and were getting a bit long in tooth. Started talking with Dana and she was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and personable. We ended up deciding to switch over based on her explaining the options T-Mobile offered. Even after we said we were sold she kept telling us about the additional features AND savings. We ended up with 2 iPhone 13's (real 5G speed) and it ended up being $25 cheaper per month than ATT and with 100% unlimited. Plus Netflix, plus $200 gift card each plus Tuesday discounts, etc. Speed is incredible! Now we can listen to XM radio in car and work vehicle or Pandora. UNLIMITED. While we were there the assistant manager was helping 2 gentlemen - in Spanish. She did the number switch over right there and then and did the data change over from old to new on the spot. Left with great phones and service.

Can I just say YASSS for T-Mobile! When I walked in with my girlfriend we were treated with the upmost respect. When we told the staff we were together, they literally started celebrating and doing a little jig we felt so welcome. We upped our plan to the AWESOME Go5gPlus and got new phones they did us right over there 100% would recommend.

Quite literally saved my life. I went into this T-Mobile in tears. Sweat dripping from my brow. When I went in Dana immediately came to my side and confronted me. I told her I desperately needed a phone as things in my life weren’t going great. Dana, being the saint she is. Immediately authorized me and pulled up my account. With swiftness she offered me the best deals on my account, lowered my bill, and comforted me during this dark time. When I walked out, I emerged with a new phone, protection on my device, home internet, and a new watch all with my bill being 2x cheaper than when I walked in. She saved an old man like me with her compassionate customer service. I wish her beautiful things.

The friendliest staff at a T-Mobile store that I’ve ever seen! Always so helpful and willing to go above and beyond, and the manager is pretty easy on the eyes!

Just left this store. Will not return. Bought phones here when it was Sprint and was lied to. They added items to my bill that I specifically said not to do. Went in today and was treated like I was bothering the person working there. Had to pry info out of her. After asking 4 simple questions and trying to be as polite as possible, I simply said, maybe we will think about it. Ya, we are going to think about Verizon.

Friendly staff, but they are either not knowledgeble or, as a franchise, they do not get the same information as their corporate partners. I went in to upgrade my phone and was told that I didn't have any upgrade deals available (would have to pay full price for a new phone) and I would have to do it over 2 days. I left and went to a corporate store down the road. Within an hour I received my new phone with the $300 upgrade credit.

Note: this is a review of the store itself, not the phone/internet service. I do not understand why t-mobile even has stores that you can walk into. Everything I've ever tried to do, they've told me I had to do online. I went in with paperwork to try to change my name on my account.... Nope, call customer service. Then they told me I could bring the paperwork BACK if customer service needed me to. The next time we tried to upgrade my daughters phone with one she bought elsewhere. (T-Mobile out of state) couldn't find that after we waited forever. While we waited we saw several elderly customers trying to pay their bill only to be told to do it online. They couldn't figure out how. The next day we cans in yo purchase a phone from the store but they didn't have any. Guess where we needed to go? Online. What is the point?
