5 stars without a doubt!!
First of all the ease of which it is to make an appointment is wonderful! It is also very nice that the receptionist tells you upfront what your office visit will cost for after hours.
It helps to make an informed decision. I felt that the cost was worth my worry, and I was right!
Secondly, the Dr my pet and I saw was without a doubt one of the most caring and knowledgeable vets I've ever had.
Dr. Leah Scholz was extremely patient, kind and explained things in a way I did not feel rushed or hurried. She answered all of my questions, even the ones I thought silly, and made me feel so prepared for the treatment I needed to give my pet. She treated my pet like her own. I now have a new vet, and feel so confident about her care.

The people there helped my boy Leo out today, they were fast and professional. They were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend! My dog swelled up like a balloon and they were able to safely help deflate him.

The staff is always welcoming, they are easy to schedule and usually have availability for short notice appointments, our dogs feel confortable and one of them that we have board for the day previously always a blast with the rest of the dogs there!
( For us the location is super convenient and accesible)

I started using this vet last year and I have been very satisfied with every visit I’ve had! Most recently, Dr. Chip removed 2/3rds of my dogs teeth and then roughly a week later, the same dog had a back issue where he was screaming in pain, shaking and wouldn’t move. Dr. Chip took care of him again in a quick and compassionate manner. I highly recommend this vet!

Expensive place to bring your pet. They gave my cat one shot for an infection she had in her eye, a fast exam and a pill form flea treatment. Which costs about $300

We had an extremely horrible experience with Springboro Veterinary Hospital. Our dog (which is absolutely part of our family) had surgery there today 9/13/24. Dr. Chip did call after surgery and let us know that it was a rough surgery and she had lost a lot of blood and asked if we would pick her up later than scheduled. We did this. And have been home with her since 430 pm. I got a call from Dr. Chip this evening shortly after 10pm (I was not home) I am the emergency contact if they can not get ahold of my son. Dr Chip proceeded to tell me that he was trying to reach my son and couldn't because he had gotten a message from my son that our dog had passed away. I obviously freaked. Tried to call my son's who were both home. Couldn't get an answer for several tries. Drove like a maniac to get home, to find out......it was a mistake! Supposedly they had another dog in the office today with the same name and that dogs owner had called because their dog had passed away.....I don't understand how a professional Dr. could let this happen. I will no longer be taking any of my 3 babies there!

The care your pet will receive here from Dr.Chip, Dr.Sholtz, and the rest of the Doctors and staff I don’t believe could be better. I’m 57 and have had pets my entire life. This is by far the best veterinary practice I and my pets have experienced. I will go nowhere else.
They have saved all of my pets with surgery, and treatments. They have extended their lives significantly and with excellent quality of life. As well, with grace, and great comfort to both pet and human they have assisted in the passing of life for a dear pet. They are very through , knowledgeable and experienced. It is clear Dr Chip and his entire staff really do care and this is their calling in life. I can’t thank them enough for keeping my pets healthy and happy, and for the joy and comfort that brings to my life.
Indeed I highly recommend them.

My husband brought our cat into the office yesterday for his annual check-up and vaccine updates. We found out he needed some bloodwork and a teeth cleaning. The staff went through the entire exam with my husband and explained everything in detail. They articulated the cost and checked before moving forward with any procedure. We appreciate their patience with us, especially their care and gentleness with our cat.

You couldn't ask for a more caring group of people. Our beloved Little Bit was very ill, and it happened suddenly. We were pretty sure that his issue was not something that could be fixed. They got us in on a Saturday on a holiday weekend. It was evident immediately how caring they were with our fur baby. Unfortunately, we were correct, and he had to put him to peace. We were given options, but we felt this was what was best for him. We were explained the process, talked it over, and then proceeded. The veterinarian was so gentle and sympathetic with our baby. This was not his normal vet, but he was treated like they had known him for years. We are so grateful for Springboro. They will be getting future visits from us if needed. I can honestly say I trust them, and I don't say that about the care of my babies often.

Saw Dr. Steph for the first time. She was great! She explained not only what was going on with my pup, but explained all of my options for treatment as well. I’m very satisfied with the level of service that we received!

Absolutely love Dr Chip and the team at Springboro Vet! I have always been given the best care and proper treatments for my pups, and feel listened to and loved. Highly recommend these professional and big hearted people who love their furry and people patients well!
