“I just had to leave this review and hype up/brag on Shoan at this location! I came in with a concern that my package had been lost for a return I shipped out. I lost my receipt and had a shipping label saying the package was never dropped off. Shoan took the time to find out when I came into the store, what time/day, and scanned through every single receipt in their system. Hunted through my email for shipping labels, called people, the whole nine! He did not stop until we tracked down my package! He gave me every resource he could to make sure I had all I needed to get the return where it needed to be. He is an extra mile person for sure. So grateful for his time and patience that day!!”

“TAYLOR is absolutely AWESOME!!!??My husband and I went in the store to make a VERY complicated series of Amazon returns, in seven different large boxes. I was SO stressed out… I thought the staff would be angry and that it would take an hour to figure everything out with the dozen emails of return codes. However, TAYLOR was a rock star!!!?⭐️

“The review of Melissa Shelton is exaggerated. She made her reservation online but did not read all of the instructions. The cost for an in-town rental is less than a one-way rental in most cases and especially when the vehicle is being taken to a location close to the dispatching location. She did not read all of the instructions when she was making the reservation and she had indeed scheduled for an intown rental. She even mentioned, at our counter, the cost of the rental that she had scheduled, and it was the in-town cost. This happens frequently as people do not read all of the directions but just hit buttons. Miss Shelton was under a lot of stress as she was getting married the next day and we understand that this is a stressful time. Our agent was only trying to inform her that the reservation was submitted by Miss Shelton as an in-town rental, that she could not take the vehicle that she had reserved one-way it had to be returned to this location and that there were no one-way vehicles available at this location for that day. It is unfortunate that Miss Shelton felt that she was treated so poorly. We hope her wedding was a perfect day.”

“Octavian was a 5 star plus professional. I had a Spectrum equipment return. He carefully explained how the return works. He told me not to lose the return receipt in case spectrum says they didn’t get it back. I appreciated his telling me to hang onto it for up to a year. Great advice!!!!”
“My daughter order a vanity set and the driver had put it at our door. When we tried to bring it in it was so heavy we couldn't lift it (140lb) the driver was making another delivery but before he left he seen us struggling so he came back and carried it in the house for us when he didn't have to. We were very thankful ?”
