Had an appointment showed up 10 minutes ahead of schedule was greeted with not too friendly of a person I gave them my name, and she abruptly said who is it with I asked, don’t you keep records I did not find the atmosphere very friendly at all, which is good cause I just now found a very good place down the road in Springboro. I walked down and the people are very nice. They actually even called me after I walked out and said that I was the one being rude go figure they didn’t even try to ask what had happened or what was said between the receptionist or the person at the front desk and I would think common sense they would ask before I started assuming things.

Kelly did an amazing job on my daughters mane ? it was exactly what she wanted. I unfortunately had to cancel but she was very understanding about it. I highly recommend you give them a try!

I had a 9:30 appointment this morning for a shampoo and a style and I sat there for 15 minutes and another stylist had to call the lady I had the appointment with and apparently she was sick and just decided not to come in to work and didn't bother to call and tell me she couldn't come in I will never go back to this place.

I've gone back and forth on whether or not to post this review, but I feel it's important. I had an appointment at 12:15 for color and highlight. The stylist was running behind so I had to wait a bit but honestly, it was fine. She was really sweet and they fit me in for a same day appointment. My hair is already black and I wanted her to go over my already black hair with black to cover the gray hairs that were popping up. I also wanted a deep red, wine colored highlights throughout my hair. I showed her a few pictures of the color I wanted. She started bleaching my hair where she was going to put the red, once that was setting she started on the top of my head with what I thought was black. After rinsing, she put the red in. Once she rinsed it all out and started styling it she noticed some spots she missed with the red that were now blonde and rubbed some red in and then took a rag and wiped it clean and continued styling. All said and done, my hair is now dark brown and auburn and I still have gray hair at the top! I had brown dye all over my forehead and neck and my scalp looked dirty, with brown spots. My hair also felt terrible. I didn't say anything because I thought maybe it needed to settle, plus I was there for 4 hours!! Today is day 2 and what little red there was has already faded out, it's now honey. All I wanted was black with deep red highlights and what I have, looks nothing like that. They are closed today but I do plan on calling tomorrow to speak with the owner and I'm hoping they can correct this. If not, I'll have to pay another salon to fix it. I honestly didn't want to post a bad review because everyone there was so nice and you just feel comfortable there but if you're paying good money for something, you should be happy with the results, and unfortunately, I'm not. *I added one of the pictures that I brought with me to show the color I wanted*

I got a pedicure with Mashonda. She is super sweet and did an amazing job. She is timely and makes sure you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend!!!
