I was having issues with my 4runner shifting into gear. The technician diagnosed the problem and resolved it very quickly. The quality of repair, reasonable cost and professionalism of the staff is top notch. I will continue to be a customer and would not hesitate to recommend Schmidt to anyone needing car repairs.

People are very professional, extremely nice and helpful. Quoted at a reasonable price but realized it didn't take as long so they brought the price down to reflect less time needed. Great choice truly.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Schmidt Auto Care. The repair was done in a timely manner and i was kept informed of the progress. I have to say that I'm especially thankful for the time spent showing me the part that was replaced in my car and explain its function, and what happened to cause my car to just STOP. I really appreciate the education! Thanks for all the great care!

Just want to apologize Schmidt Auto Care Care put the wrong review here these guys have worked on my mom's car my girlfriend's car my car my two cars and they do great job they'll look at everything on your car for you and let you know how everything is doing which is a good thing so you know where you're at with your car or you know great service good people wouldn't go anywhere else

My experience with Schmidt Auto was fantastic, dealing with aftermarket warranties is very much like pulling teeth but Jake handled everything including keeping me updated along the way! It really was a painless experience!

Brought my 07 Eclipse GT in because it was a touch out of time. And with it being an interference motor this operation is very sensitive and requires a certain level of expertise so as to not compromise the engine. This shop was more than capable to meet those needs and repaired it exceptionally. Not only that, most shops and definitely dealerships will charge you heavily for timing jobs, especially for eclipses. But the actual labor cost for the operation was 557$. Which totaled out to around 850 in total for parts and supplies. Which is more than fair. I would recommend this shop to anyone, you will get your moneys worth. Especially on critical jobs. And as a final note, the Team Members I spoke to were very polite and very honest. Not much more to ask for!

All my concerns are always addressed promptly, and are always described in detail regarding recommendations and diagnoses. The staff are always very friendly and address customers with a very patient professional approach. Erich always takes time to explain in detail about a specific problem with my vehicle. My experience at your shop is always a pleasant one , and I hope to always remain a loyal customer. Jake is very good at communicating with existing customers and potential customers as he shows great patience when communicating either in person or on the phone or other communication resources.

Had two shops give me an estimate over $500.00 to replace a rear wheel bearing on my 2015 Ford Expedition. Schmidts Automotive saved me near $100.00 on replacement. No problems.

Best automotive experience I've ever had. I have been in the market for a good independent auto repair shop and I have finally found it at Schmidt Auto Care. I found them through an Instagram ad and was intrigued. Seeing a high Google review score and a meaningful FAQ/about us page on their website brought me to their app. I was able to create a profile and book an appointment from the app within days. I was very impressed that I could add notes and describe what I needed done or what my concerns were with my car.
I called the day before to ensure my appointment was set and everything I booked through the app was exactly what they had in their system.
When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that they offered many different services such as driving you home, picking you back up or picking your car up for service. Jake was extremely professional and provided a great overview of their services and how they would inform you what they would find from their inspection. They provide you an extremely well documented report with pictures of any concerns they find. Along with a quote to fix or service what you agree too.
They performed multiple mileage and wear services for 30-40% less than a dealership. I even received my car the same day I dropped it off. I am very happy with the service I received and the repairs that were made on my car. I even had a free Biggby coffee coupon in my drink holder left behind. They made me a customer for life today and I am very grateful for their services.

Overall, very disappointed with the shop! Had a car that was shaking bad while driving. I was fortunate they were able to get it in right away to inspect and diagnose. Where it went south is they quoted for work that was unnecessary and called it "preventative maintenance" on the other three like parts. When I called other mechanics, including the dealership, and explained the issue, they informed me only the failing part needs done and the others would be fine; the preventative maintenance line is a scam. I was able to get it to another mechanic who did the work for over $1000 less than their quoted price!! Unfortunately, the other mechanic I used had to locate the specific part failure because they cleared the computer which stored the check engine code - and thus would have indicated which part was actually failing. Please do not use them. They are scam artists.

Perfect 10!! Ladies, if you are like me and know nothing about cars, this is the place for you! Schmidt Auto is super honest and will not take advantage of you. Quite the opposite, they will work to make sure you are taken care of and treated fairly. I have had three opportunities to work with them and each time is better than the last. They go above and beyond!! Give them a try and you will not be sorry!

My car broke down the way back home from Cleveland , we called several shops and was accommodated but Schmidt’s. Wow was I glad we found them. They made our nightmare experience at ease. They were all very kind and extremely helpful and trust worthy. I recommend them 10/10 !!! Thank you so much for serving us with such a warm touch!!
