Don’t even waste your gas or your time. Second time I have walked into this place with an appointment and was ignored- still thirty minutes later no one helped me. I asked “sir is anyone available for my 4:30 appointment ?” His response was that he was running behind and that I can just “go”. I have no idea how this place is in business.

I've been a customer for several years and have always been pleased with the quality of service. My needs are simple, basic manicures and pedis with a gel manicure for special occasions. The staff has always treated me well and I'm happy with the results.

Normally never have had a problem here, but walked in for a fill, was told to pick out a color and wait, then after 15-20 minutes of already waiting, was told there would be another 45 ish minute wait. Why couldn't that have been said before my already 15-20 minute wait? If you're busy, let your clientele know that, don't make them wait 20 to find out its going to be another 45 minutes before someone can help them.

This place will turn away men because “no one wants to work with them”. Absolutely disgusting to turn away someone who is going for their first pedicure ever just because they’re a man. The blatant discrimination in this “business” is horrifying. Highly suggest no one support these people because of the way they humiliated my best friend who finally worked up the courage to get their nails done. DISGUSTING.

They made me feel unwelcome from the time I got there to the time I left! The guy that did my nails when I told him where I lived he said well why did you come here if you live in moraine said I should have went somewhere over there said that a full set was 100 I said that was fine and he kept acting like it was such a big deal I just ended up getting a fill in and then persisted to tell me that the reason why people don't like doing new sets on me is because my nails were to long! I wear them normal length mind you. I won't be back he successfully ran me out for good!

I walked in today and no one spoke to me for about 30 minutes. Initially they told me to grab a color never once mentioned that wait was going to be long. I finally asked 30 minutes later and they said “yes it is going to be long because their appointments before you”Service: Pedicure

I usually go here for my nail place now and I went recently to get a pedicure. I love how they do the services here and I rarely leave less than happy. The people that work there are really talkative in the best way, it’s never awkward to go in or get your nails done.

Worst nail salon ever. After several years I have experienced rudeness, getting stood up and no apology, waited long times with other people going a head, foul language, acting like juveniles etc...
