Just another example of the childishness in this location. To make you sign a "tan" agreement for a spray membership. To be made to wait while three girls go into the spray room to "delay" you when they know you are in a rush.
Walked out without my spray. Mature people have no time for playing games with children. Sad, Palm Beach does not seem to care the girls are stoned on the job and only want to talk about tattoos. Get a grip Palm Beach. You can do better. For the money we spend- you should do better. Hire someone with some sense.

I do not write reviews but it was hard not to write this one.
My wife cancelled her tanning sessions PBT Springboro, OH on May 23, 2024. On June 2 it was charged to our credit card. She called PBT to ask about this charge and was told the employee who cancelled this had not done it correctly and it would be taken care of immediately. After almost two and a half months and several PBT promises we still have not received the credit. BUYER BEWARE.

I've really enjoyed coming here. I got a spray tan to trial it before my bridal shower. I'm not a tan person, I don't go tanning, but the ladies in the store took care of me. Then I came back the week of the wedding, this is where they really saved me and made my skin look good for the day. I came in on June 26 probably an hour or a little more before close. I was shown different products to help the tan, how to use it. Then after the tan, I kinda messed it up. They got me a touch up kit. The girls here are so kind and they know their products.

Beyond in love with the beds and how clean and welcome everyone is here at this location! Especially the GM Olivia she has helped me so much with purchasing the right lotions, skincare and tanning package!

This is my favorite place to tan! The GM at Springboro is wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I am always happy with my services!

I go back-and-forth to Centerville, and/or Springboro location for Palm Beach Tan and they are screwing me on my package. I never had these problems in Florida whatsoever, but here they don’t communicate very well apparently even though they’re friendly for the most part. Talk about miscommunication. I decided now that I’ve got a nice base tan that I’d go with 1-downgraded plan less than I had before at the Centerville location. My 1st month isn’t even over, yet they switched it before my month-end was up when I clearly stated for next month! So I go into tan before my month is done today 4/29/24 in Springboro & they’ve already downgraded my package plan unbeknownst to me. What?! Why? when the billing changes on the 1st? It was my interpretation & understanding that by telling them by, or before the 25th of the month for the changeover that is when it would take affect. Now they are blaming the other store & no one is taking accountability! This is not cool! This is not the only problem I’ve had either! The list goes on…

I have to say it’s probably the most friendly place that I’ve ever been to. Each and every worker there goes out of their way to be friendly and to be helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone because each and every person there is special in their own way. I have felt like that I have a relationship with each one of them professionally because they are so kind. I would just like to add that the manager Jade, goes out of her way to make sure the customers are satisfied. She has a unique talent for being a leader and a manager. This place charged me for a year when I signed up for a one month membership. They would not credit my card back nor would they add extra months. They could see I literally went there zero times from April of 22 to February of 2023. I went in and cancelled the "membership" in March of 2023. I had to pay for that month and then my "membership" would be cancelled at the end of March. I just went in to get a one month membership and they tried telling me I owed them for April, May and June of 2023, $204..... The so called store manager called her District Manager and said I had to pay the past due $204 before I could use their facility. When I refused and asked her to explain how that makes sense, to please explain the logic of their mistake. She then became belligerent and told me to leave. She would not give me the District Manager's name. They have a child managing the place. Obviously, no customer service training. Worst experience ever! If you have a membership there, check your statements, they over charge! Go anywhere else.....

I love palm beach tan and the ladies here are so nice. Even as a bigger women I feel like they treat me like every other person. They explain everything and match your tones perfectly
