CAR WASH DOWN… AGAIN! Pay in advance to get car washed, come to find out it’s not even working.
Here’s a thought, maybe let the consumer know they won’t be getting the car wash they’re about to pay for.
Yeah I get we get a receipt that is good for a month; But anyone who purchases a car wash at the pump, it’s an impulse buy.
How much $ are you making off a service that’s not even provided?

Haven't been here many times. The first few times were pretty positive. This afternoon- unacceptable! Cashier was SO rude! Never spoke to me once. Slapped my purchase down on the counter after I paid for it and immediately turned her back to me to talk to her coworker afterwards. No "thank you". Nothing. And wearing some nasty dirty face mask that not only wasn't over her nose by a mile but was about an inch sticking out from her mouth. So gross. Why bother.
