Electric carts are so old that once they are used in the morning they are dead but mid morning. Every time I come here the electric cart dies before I get half way through shopping. Please get brand new carts for the disabled people that need them

The baggers were extremely polite, especially Maggie. Nice job!

I love the bigger space in there compared to the old Kroger.

This is an awesome Kroger! Folks that work here are super nice and helpful. They try to keep the lines moving or open and keep the flow going well. Only issue I have are the kids that do the online orders in the blue carts are zipping around so fast and they don't always look before coming out of an aisle and one hit my cart and just kept on going without saying anything. I know they have a job to do but how about some concern for people and an apology. Just my only issue. Great place to shop no matter what!!

Saw a dead fly on a pack of chicken in the store. when I told an employee, she said oh yea, but it’s not on the inside of the package ? in addition, when I came home from grocery shopping, the strawberries I had just bought were rotten on the inside ( clearly
unknown to the naked eye). GO TO A DIFFERENT KROGER. Planning on going to the Middletown location going forward. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Decent Kroger but they need to stop removing check outs. I hate coming and there be a line of 10 people in front of me and I have two items
Also tell the cart kids to stop storing the carts in the pin that's so full it sticks out into the driving path that goes to Burger King...

Typical shopping experience but the produce staff was very kind today. Answer all of my questions about price just to make sure I was buying exactly what I needed and didn't appear to be put out by having to walk over with me to check the exact products. After their assistance they gave me a warm smile and happily went back to stocking produce. I greatly appreciate their warmth this morning.

I'm a handicap shopper who just had a major back surgery and lost use of one of my arms. I come in super early if the mornings so I do not have to deal with people everywhere in the store. I find it very disappointing to come in at find merchandise all over the floors down the aisles, workers with pallets on the floor that do not move and most importantly the fact that you only have two small self checkouts and two belted self checkouts available. Today was the last straw for me. As I struggled to get my merchandise on the self-check belted register the two operators just stood there and looked at me. They obviously don't have a sense of humor when I asked where the discount button was ringing out and bagging my own groceries while they stood there. My suggestion to you would be rip that Kroger sign off the front and slap a big old Walmart sign! This is exactly why I don't spend a dollar at Walmart after working there for 20 years.

I was at Springboro Kroger on 5-24-24 at 10:45 am. I bought 23 items in the self checkout totaling 143$. While I was putting in my card information to pay the self checkout worker came over and said I needed to count my items back out to her to prove I had 23. I didn’t understand what I did wrong so I said why am I being treated this way. She said oh ok you’re not going to count them, fine, and started counting my items herself aggressively throwing them back into my cart damaging my bread and vegetable items. After she counted the items and they were all there she gave me some excuse about the machine not counting right but she never apologized for accusing me of stealing or rudely handling my bags and items. I don’t work for Kroger and it’s not my job to count items back to a Kroger employee. Once I pay for the items they belong to me a low level cashier has no place stopping me and making me count my items to them. This experience was embarrassing no one else was treated this way. If Kroger is so worried about counting my items they should have enough cashiers and baggers to do it instead of treating their paying customers like thieves and empowering their cashiers to act like the police. I am never shopping at springboro Kroger again due to their unprofessional and rude customer service.

The most rude people work here, lady at self checkout acted as if I was bothering her, because register required her to clear. This is why I drive out of my way to another Kroger, I never have a good experience at the one on central Ave in springboro. Time before this lady at register kept changing her music on her phone and adjusting ear bud's. So rude!! Will avoid this store from now on.

This Kroger is well organized and well stocked. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The deli is by far the best in the Springboro-Centerville area. The pre-sliced deli options are plentiful and the deli employees are responsive and fast.

where do you get such inadequate workers? rushes at people like a dog. climbs into my bags, into my basket. touches my products. then a no smarter manager approached me and said that this inadequate woman was a good person. I don't recommend going to this place. It's dangerous there. they rush at people there. may bite. only there is no sign saying caution dangerous dog. I had a problem with the application and was so upset, and this woman of no small size attacked me and began to take away my grocery cart

The woman at the customer service desk was rude. Sorry I wasted her time with a question. This new Kroger started out nice and now is a total nightmare. Will not be going back and will limit any more sales at any Kroger!
