Im a young adult who isn’t fully educated on taxes and with being anxious I made an appointment at HnR Block for the very first time. This is where I met DQ , My original Tax consultant had some unexpected time delays with her current guest which was no worries to me but DQ over heard and offered to help me in her down time. She walked me through EVERY step of the process including educating me on every question or concern I had & I left at peace and more comfortable about the situation. I would recommend this location and would HIGHLY recommend making an appointment with DQ. Thank you again!

Dropped my taxes off to be prepared and a week later was told that they passed my taxes onto a one day, part time tax preparer. Had to explain my business, my day job, and my wife's taxes all over again. The pricing we thought was way too high and an overall bad experience. The reason we are giving a two star is the preparer we did was a nice guy.
