Ive been a monthly plan customer since they opened but cancelled today and will not return. There have been issues that have been getting worse with some of the equipment not working that they have been slow to repair. Today I took my Lincoln thru and all was well until the blow drying area. I got a tire pressure warning saying my right front tire was 9 psi. I pulled out and it was flat with a medium size bolt in it. There was no way that happened before as the hole was so large. The attendant was helpful and helped me change the tire. He called the owner who would not talk to me but told him it was not their fault and to send me away. I know things happen but this is inexcusable. I cancelled my monthly plans and will be going to Tommy's in Franklin From now on.

I’ve had the ceramic membership for about two months, previously I had a flying ace carwash membership, I switched because the four seasons was more convenient. This carwash doesn’t clean the wheels at all, there is always dirt and dust that remain on the wheels/tires. I go through at least once a week and I am not impressed.

Ok so totally random, and who would’ve thought something as simple as a car wash would be a blessing today?First of all, anytime someone asks for a recommendation for a car wash place I always recommend Four Seasons Car Wash in Springboro anyway. They give a fantastic wash for a great price, and the biggest reason is their vacuums are always free! Their staff also, often comes out and sprays the hard/tough spots off your car before entering. Well, today before the gym I thought my car needed some TLC inside and out? after I got done vacuuming I pull through and realize….i don’t have my purse? It happens to all of us. I prayed they had Apple Pay, but they didn’t. I thought oh well?♀️, no big deal I’ll come back another time, but I needed the attendant to raise the bar to let me out. The attendants name was Corrina and she said “No problem, well get you a wash today” No hesitation she let me through✨ Such a sweet soul, and a blessing to me ?I so badly wish I had some cash on me to give her a tip or something? but, being in the service industry myself, I know just how far a great review can go. It is simply the LEAST I can do to say thank you???Coming from someone who NEVER leaves reviews, when deciding which car wash you should spend your money at hands down Four Seasons in Springboro is where it’s at!

Not a very good car wash. Went in 1/2/24 to get a wash after the nasty rain and slush we've been having. I have street parking at my residence so I have to park under trees which mercilessly drop sap and other treats on the car. I went through once, there was still a residue on the car as well as dirt on the trunk. They offered me a comped second wash but the second I pulled up the demeanor changed. The woman that came out and greeted me was lovely but the guy that guided me onto the track was a bit of a bully. He decided screaming at me to put my car in neutral as soon as it hit the track was his best customer service attitude. Gotta say, I'll be using Mike's from now and I'll probably steer my friends and family away from here from now on as well.

We get our vehicles washed at least once a week. Four Seasons Car Wash does a great job. Free Sweepers & drying rags. Do realize that’s only $7.50 or less a car wash with the monthly pass, awesome!!
