I’m surprised about the low rating for this CVS. It’s clean and stocked. With the exception of the pharmacists, the pharmacy staff is very friendly and efficient.

The IVR for this location is sloooowwwwwwwwwwwwww if you want to speak to a pharmacist you need to press and press and press and press. With all the stress in my life u would think the pharmacy would be more user friendly.

Very good variety. Pharmacy is efficient. The drive through it usually quick also except some times five people show up at once. Friendly staff. Good stock of items

To those complaining about "DEI wreaking havoc" at this location, look inward. If you are unable to respectfully interact with someone with a different background, skin color, culture, or accent than you, that's a you problem. I suggest you go buy the world's smallest violin, cry about all the "adversity" you face, and then get over it so you can interact with people who aren't Caucasian in a constructive way.Blame corporate CVS for your long wait times and "unfriendly" (overworked and exhausted) pharmacy staff. The pharmacy staff is friendly, smart, and as efficient as they can be. Reminder to always be kind to healthcare workers, even those in the retail setting. They are underpaid, understaffed, and underappreciated -- BE KIND.

Pharmacy is just terribly managed They care more about their DEI quota than they do getting quality employees. Every time I go I end up having to annunciate every single word because they either can't speak English or can't understand it. Rude and inconsiderate. I stopped going to CVS in Lebanon for the exact same reasons and at the time service in Springboro was better. Corporate and DEI at its finest.

I have been using this location for over five years. Yesterday I went to the drive through to pick up a prescription. The employee at the window acted like she was miserable. No “hello “ no smile. I told her that I was there to pick up my prescription. After about 5 minutes she asks “do you know how much you usually pay?” I said around $30. She said “ it’s $2,300”! I said that that’s impossible. She said “do you have insurance?” I said yes and provided my insurance card. After about 10 minutes she comes back and tells me that “we have no record of your insurance”. I tell her that I’ve had insurance for the past 23 years with the same employer and have been coming to this location for over five years and I pay about $30 for my prescription. She said “ sorry we don’t have any record of your insurance”. I said LOOK UP MY HISTORY! She said “we have no record”. Mind blown! This place is a disaster.

The pharmacy doesn’t seem to care about the drive through line. I’m lucky if I’m only waiting 10 minutes. Even if I am the first in line.

The pharmacy at this location is poorly managed. The service is absolutely terrible. The problem is a lack of leadership. Corporate is either unaware or does not care. This location does a high volume and the employees appear tired and indifferent.There is a male employee with rings in his ear lobes. The other employees frequently call on him for advice and instruction. He talks terrible to customers. In my opinion, this guy should be fired on the spot. At most pharmacies, when there is an issue, the pharmacist normally intervenes and takes over the interaction; not at this location. She just sits and does not speak. Amazing.

Nasty pharmacy do not understand why they let this keep going on. The staff are just as nasty as the can be its pathetic the way they act. They treat people so rude and they are nasty to some of the nicest people. I sat there and waited patiently while the nasty gross staff treated everyone terrible. This is not acceptable someone is dropping the ball here.

Several times they employees have been rude. I’ll have a script called in. Hours later go to pick it up and they didn’t have it in stock. No one bothered to call me so I could have it transferred somewhere else. Customer service is just horrendous

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, a kind man went above and beyond to help me navigate the store when my glasses broke and I couldn't see.
