My boyfriend has a Chase account and works during banking hours. Over the last year the after hours ATM has progressively gotten worse. Cash deposits have to be one bill at a time or it would spit it back. Finally it ate a 400 cash deposit and DID NOT spit it back. This is totally unacceptable! For the life of me I do not understand why they don't replace that old, slow, antiquated ATM. I tried to deposit cash with his ATM card and PIN number at the teller and she refused! He is in search of a new bank now.

ATM won't function with contactless option even though the symbol is displayed. Waste of my time coming here

Been trying to get a hold of anyone at this branch since 2 pm. I’m not sure if there’s an issue at chase right now but none of my transactions are showing for the last few hours.

Had an account less than two weeks and already regret it and nothing works. ATM does work. Can’t use my phone number for text alerts. Tech support can’t fix their system for text alerts. Branch manager doesn’t return messages. Had to keep asking for the same thing over and over when first opening my account because the manager opening my account kept forgetting… Huntington Bank is definitely the way to go and worth the further drive (being less convenient).

I left the Fifth3rd after Being with him all my life. I had several bad experiences with 5th 3rd and decided to move to my husband's bank which is Chase.. I've been with him now for 5 years and had nothing but good experience. This location is very convenient for me it's right across from my doctor's appointment and close to the grocery store in the in the interstate.. Everybody's always been very courteous And efficient.. It's a small bank bank which is not a bad thing bad thing. I've never had to wait more A minute or 2 to get weighted on.. I also like that they have bird feeders sometimes I come on days they're closed or after hours when I can sit in the drive-through it threw and take pictures of the birds. I'm a bird nerd.
