Ordered flowers through bloom today website . First picture is what it should look like . No carnation type flowers what so ever just lilys and roses. The other pictures are what arrived . Highly disappointed. Didn’t get what I paid for. The additions are all half way bent like they are old and haven’t had water .

Wonderful customer service. I was in need of a rush order for a funeral and she was so patient and helpful. I had called late in the afternoon the day before the service.The arrangement was beautiful and delivered on time. Thank you so much Brenda's Florist.

Very disappointed. My husband bought me flowers for my birthday on Friday. It’s Tuesday and they’re wilting. He wanted to try Brenda’s out because we always pass it on our way to church. Plus we like to support small businesses. Well the flowers do not last and are horribly expensive. Could have purchased Kroger’s for cheaper and they would have lasted longer. A little disappointed. Received flowers from flowerama last year and they lasted over a month/ so yeah won’t order flowers from Brenda’s again.

if I could give this a -1 rating Iwould. my husband ordered flowers for my birthday for $100. they were not worth $25. I could have gone to Kroger and purchased flowers for $25 that were nicer. I have included a photo of Brenda's flowers compared to another local florist that was less expensive sent on the same day.

Looks better than picture online. They even called me in Canada to confirm and add a message as the online order blanked out message. I found this florist when my brother was in the hospital and wanted to send him something. So I sent a teddy bear. They're a local florist in Springboro, Ohio as I was having issues with the online big ones from Canada that year. So I keep going back to her. They are professional, prompt, and add a personal touch to customer service. Thank you so much for making it easy for me to still send lovely surprise gifts to my family and friends in Ohio while I'm in Canada!

Disappointed by Brenda's. My sweet daughter, a Navy sailor, spent her hard earned money and sent me mother's day flowers. The flowers are spaced far apart and the little orange roses are dried up already. This bouquet needed more flowers for the vase and presentation. It took me several minutes to position them in a manner that looked good for the picture my daughter wanted. I told her they were wonderful, but as I sit here looking at them it is upsetting that she depended on a online process to be quality as promised while she is in training states away. Disappointing. I feel florists need to be providing quality even though most of their sales probably come from online referral sites.
