We had our first visit at Bigger Road Veterinary Center on Friday. Our bully had a very infected wound on his face. Dr. Vincent and her technicians were hands down the best veterinary team I have ever encountered. I have had dogs my entire life and this is the best experience I have ever had. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped through the front door. Not only was our boy given the best care but we were also. The environment and care at Bigger Road Veterinary Center was welcoming, homey, calming, and meticulously clean as well. I am so happy to have finally found a wonderful veterinary clinic for my fur babies.

My sone and I brought his kitten there but we were to late the kitten had FKS and was nothing we could do the kitten passed these people were so compassionate for everything I want to thank there staff for everything they did for us and to send my son an in loving memory rose and card to his home you guys are awesome and would highly recommend this office to anyone thankyou all again

We have been taking our pets there for almost 15 years! We love the staff especially Jess from the grooming department! Our little guy loves her sooo much! 5 star place!

Emily makes us feel like our beagle Serena is a rock star when she comes in for a nail trim (and, ahem, her anal glands)--we call it her "spa treatment." Serena loves to come to Bigger Road, and we usually have to carry her out because she doesn't want to leave. We love Emily and everyone there!

the support staff and the Doctor was wonderful in caring and examining my kittens. Dr. Staci Fuller was so gracious and detailed about the care and examination of my new kittens. I will use them again.

Have taken my pets to BRVC since my parents took our pets to the singular Bigger Road location in Kettering. They have always provided the best attention and care to my pets. They take the time to not only examine them, but ask a lot of questions to better help them diagnose the troubles. Gentle but firm hand keeps the pets calm. One of the best in the state IMHO.

Very friendly staff and animals are made comfortable too. Dr Fuller did an excellent job on Riley’s dental surgery and all the staff was very caring and kind. Wish I could remember all the names. Michelle and Catherine I think and others too.

I can’t name just ONE staff member. They are all so good! The Fear Free way they treat my pets is amazing.

Always had great service and the staff great to help me in and out. I have 2 cats and of course that means 2 carriers to carry in and out.
