Bought 2 sweaters at the local Vintage Market Days booth - no receipt was text. Mistakenly double charged (realized after checking my account at home). I get it - mistakes happen but it’s 25 mins to go back, so that’s annoying.Explained the situation to the lady that had checked me out earlier. As she looked at her records, I tried to make small talk giving her compliments on her clothes & workers. During this she lets me know she’s the owner. NOT ONCE did she apologize for the situation or my inconvenience. Overall, she came across rude & as if my business did not matter.I would think an owner would have at least admitted the mistake.Unimpressed.

Bought online, a few items, the sweaters were perfect and very soft. Only reason for 4 stars was due to paying to return shipping items for return/exchange, and no in person return options.

I ordered twice from the website and both times things were off with items. I wear medium in tops. My first order contained a blouse. I checked their sizing guide and according to that I am a medium. The blouse that I received was labeled a medium but in reality it looks like an xl. There is no way the blouse is labeled with the correct size even for a loose fitting blouse.My second order contained sweaters and the side stitching was poor quality. The one sweater has white stitching in color block areas. The listing is now gone so I can’t check to see if it was supposed to be like this but I don’t remember seeing this. It looks odd. The second sweater’s side stitching isn’t aligned correctly. I switched to boutique shopping for quality items that would last and to support small businesses. I’m fairly straight forward with my sizing so I didn’t think their zero return policy for online purchases would be an issue for me, but I was wrong and probably won’t be reordering.I did receive other items that were fine in quality and sizing, but at this point it feels like a gamble ordering from here.

Dress doesn’t fit. Naturally this is online shopping and the owner won’t take it back, won’t even budge. So now I have this really expensive dress and can’t do anything with it. The owner was very dismissive. I had another order on the way that I tried to cancel and they would not let me. As it turns out, this doesn’t fit and I can’t return this either. My opinion, stay far, far, far away from this Boutique.

Just an FYI to anyone considering ordering from this boutique to check out their refund policy before you purchase. They do not do returns for a refund - only store credit and you are responsible for the shipping to return the item and then the shipping of the new item (aka $30 shipping just to get an item you like). I received an item that had a terrible odor to it right out of the package (I could smell it before I opened the package) and this boutique will not do anything to refund me my money. I guess I am out $50. And I do not wish to pay an additional $20 to return, get store credit, and then ship a new item ($30 total). Who is to say the next item won’t smell as badly? I will not be purchasing from this boutique again due to the poor customer service.

Don't order gifts from this company. Returns exchange policy says to take to the store for in store credit. The store refused to do anything and now we have clothes that don't fit. Poor customer service. Too bad the clothes were cute. Just doesn't fit.

Great selection and super cute store. I'd recommend. They are a little pricey, but run some great sales- especially on Small Business Saturday.

I frequently want to order online from this boutique and others that are similar, however their return policy is a deal breaker. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt and they only offer store credit, no refunds.

I love that Springboro has so many cute boutiques and they each have their own flavor. This boutique seemed to be arranged by color scheme so it was easy to find something for my taste. I'm a bigger girl so it's easy to be intimidated by these types of clothing stores but this one has a wide variety. I found the softest maxi dress for only $25 because of a sale they were running. I serious never want to take it off! It has pockets! The only thing to beware of is that since this is a historical building they are limited with the space. There was plenty of room to wander but the fitting room I used was barely big enough for me to change clothes. I'll be checking it out again for sure!

Omg!!!! My landlord Julie Beall Gave me a gift card to this amazing boutique!!! I was like a kid in a candy store!! The cutest clothing I’ve ever experienced shopping!!
