Bought online, a few items, the sweaters were perfect and very soft. Only reason for 4 stars was due to paying to return shipping items for return/exchange, and no in person return options.

Great selection and super cute store. I'd recommend. They are a little pricey, but run some great sales- especially on Small Business Saturday.

I love this shop!! I get my stuff online and everything I order looks better in person. Cute items and they are well made and not over priced! I always get compliments on everything I wear from Betsey's!
