In the summer of 2020, I bought three bean bags with embroidered names for my kids. They are great bean bags that my kids love to lounge on while watching movies or playing video games.Within about 6 months, one of the bean bags got a hole right along the embroidery. I called and was told my bean bag was still under warranty; however, they were not taking in any repairs because of Covid. I have called every couple of months since and they still will not repair my bean bag!I asked if they could write my name on a list somewhere and call me during a good repair window and they said they don't do anything like that and it would be best if I keep calling every couple of months.The other two bags have held up great after 18 months of consistent use.

I still have my Bean Bag from when I was a teen. My kids use it now. Not a single stitch has failed!!! I've never seen any bag in a store come close to the quality of a Bean Bag City bean bag!

Great quality made in ohio they seem to last forever. Plus they make 4 sizes and a 100 colors. It was so much fun to go inside and shop and take 1 home right away.

Bought a bean bag on line and didn't like it when we received it (the fabric was really cheap vinyl). We followed the return process and got a return goods number and shipped the bag back via ups. This was in April 2012 and despite follow up credit still has not been issued. I talked with Sandy there and she said she would follow up and she didn't. There are a lot of good on line companies, don't do business with this one.
