“I’ve never had to be towed before. Let alone twice in 24hrs. Chuck and Joe the 2 tow truck guys were amazing!Chuck was my first tow trucker. Originally he came to just change out my tire so I can be on my way. Once Chuck realized that the spare was no good he informed me that for my safety he did not want to put that spare on because 1- I wouldn’t get to far and 2- he didn’t want anything to happen. Having someone who didn’t even know me care about safety definitely earns all the stars in my book.Joe was my second tow trucker. He was the guy on the phone when I called for the first time. Then happens to be the one to pick me up at the Walmart to take me to another place to get my tire changed. He remembered who I was without meeting me because of the description of my vehicle and the fact that I had a dog with me.These guys were amazing and moormans towing is so lucky to have such amazing guys with great customer service, sense of direction and high safety for their customers.”

Kyle and the other office staff were all excellent, providing prompt, professional and courteous service. The replaced part matched perfectly with the original color and finish. “City Tire & Auto Repair 'EXCELLENT' '' HONEST'' .....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! we own a 2011 dodge Durango , he is my baby lol took the baby to a few people, and we got opinions, suggestions .... BUT ?
no one seem to know Exactly what was wrong ...... so i ordered rotors(front) hub/bearings, brakes/pads etc. etc.
we took the Durango to City Tire/Auto Repair, they said; I'll put these parts on (but he didn't think we needed them, and he was right) ........ about a hour into the repair ,city tire calls us: saying the caliper is busted/something? brake was running hot ... so he replaced it ! Very , Very honest, really appreciate the good work they did on our dodge Durango and ALL for a very reasonably LOW price!
update: months later the Durango is doing good! EXCELLENT Work!”

“I was recently in an accident and chose this shop to do my repairs and they did a fantastic job. My estimator was great, she communicated effectively and the shop got the job done. The receptionist is very nice and helped me get a hold of my rental company so they could pick me up when I dropped my vehicle off. Unfortunately, some parts were on backorder to no fault of the shop, but they were on it and rescheduled me the next week. They also informed me when the part came in just to let me know so I could plan accordingly. Hopefully I never have to come back after an accident, but if I do, I'll come here.”

“We had WONDERFUL customer service today at our Dorothy Ln Auto Zone. Jim made sure we had the correct wiper blades and headlight bulbs for our cars. He then helped us locate a product to use to clean our headlights. We went home and tried for 40 minutes to install a wiper blade. After watching countless YouTube videos, I called the store, and the young man told me to come up and he would put it on for us. Nick put the wiper blade on for us, Which we greatly appreciated! We just wanted them to be acknowledged for their wonderful customer service today!”

The guys were helpful and helped me get the right one and double checking the fact that I bought mine 3 years ago and it had a life time warranty. “We were having one of those mornings when nothing was going right. On top of that, our car was hit by a semi tire on the way to a 10 hr road trip. The bumper came 75 percent off. We went to this auto zone off the highway and the staff was super helpful in making sure the bumper was secured and our car was safe for the road trip. The kind lady staff member (wish we caught her name, so sorry!), even cleaned our bumper and made sure it was snapped in as well as possible and helped us duct tape it road worthy. She then checked the front under carriage and scanned it, etc. She's our road angel, thanks autozone!
Oh, and of course they also had the black duct tape to match the car. ;)”
