Stacy from Spencerville Post office is the best! She is always super helpful as I come in there at least once or twice a week. She goes above and beyond. The other woman is super nice too! Moving to a small town I didn't know what to.expect and I'm glad it's here!

The staff there now are great. A lot of them have been there always have been. Understandingly the lady there in the front a few years ago was rude, but not that way anymore. Back to great! And I never have had a problem with wet mail-ever.

The drivers are amazing people, they always make an effort to make our child laugh when they go by. The staff in the office are very helpful.

My mail doesn't always get put all the way in my mail box and on rainy days my mail is soaking wet!!! I have went to the post office in person and asked to have my mail put all the way in my mailbox so nothing happens to it and was treated like it was no big deal and there is nothing they will do about it. It happened again and again..today I decided to post this because my mail is soaking wet again!!! I called the 1-800 number and didn't get anything, no ringing, nothing!!! My have times changed!

This is my home town office and I remember the women that worked here before I moved away was polite and was willing to help you. I happened to be back in town for the day and stopped to have a package delivered and to put it in polite terms the women working here was extremely rude and acted as if it was a huge burden that I even showed my face in the building. I will not be going back to this office again and will go out of my way if necessary to get something delivered elsewhere. It is a disgrace that this women has taken place of what I thought was always a fast and good experience when I use to live here not so long ago.
