Called to talk to a mechanic there to see if they could fix a transmission issue I was having…girl that answere the phone very rude, did not want to be bothered to go and ask a mechanic a question and stated that they don’t work on transmissions which is confusing since this is a transmission place. We moved here from California and we’re looking for a good mechanic for our cars☹️ I just read your very inaccurate response to my review… I never yelled or demanded anything from your girl that answers your phones …I would never do that. I have a brother in California that is a Mercedes dealer/ mechanic and respect the industry. If you actually listen to your recording I nicely asked her if there was a mechanic that could possibly answer a question for me and she stated they were all busy which then she proceeded to tell me I could ask her what my problem was …after I asked her if she was a mechanic and would most likely not be able to answer my question she got very rude and told me you do not work on transmissions or tires. Which was way out in left field from what I needed. Just saying it would have been nice to find a decent mechanic but if you guys want to lie and tell me you taped me yelling!,, you know that is not true . I wish you all the best luck in your business just maybe a little more training in customer service would be helpful

I purchased a 2016 dodge ram cab with a title 4 months ago, I have a bill of sale, and they were supposed to transfer the title to me, but still have not done so. I called numerous times with no luck, the last time we spoke they said it's out of their hands. When I called the dmv to check the status of the title, they told me to contact my local police department. So what does that tell you, Don't do business with them if your in need of a title for what you purchased. If I could give them no stars I would.

Purchased a frame and clearly asked for a frame for my 2013 ram 2500 cclb. The employee said she had two. Drove up in my truck and paid for the frame that was in better shape and had a towing company take it to the welder in Barberton to be reinforced(as it's being used for a repo truck) welder finished it in 6 weeks and we started to swap the truck to the new frame finding out that they sold me a 2011 frame that has several differences making the swap not easy. I called and asked for help figuring out a solution and they basically blame me when they are the experts. They didn't care about the differences only the fact that sold the frame. I suspect the sales staff works on commission as they have several other reviews that align with selling the wrong items and always blaming the customer. Not one review have they taken responsibility for. I was told Justine the would be calling me but never did.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Horrible experience, misrepresentation of parts, no return policy, and even worse customer service. Owner is one of the rudest business owners I have ever dealt with. If I could give them zero stars that would suit them better.

Justina and her crew worked hard on my 1997 Dodge 12v Cummins with some complicated transmission issues. They were able to get my truck back up running and shifting better than new. Can't thank Reusch Diesel enoughServices: Oil change
