The store is great I'm give 1 star cause of the credit card for no apparent reason the closed both my credit cards and was less than month they increased my limit on both cards but when I called synchrony bank they could give me no explanation she even checked my payment history and seen I had perfect history this is pathetic

It's fine and the only one in the area. Biggest downside is that it doesn't have any alcohol like other Sam's.

Picked 4 nice looking ny strip steaks for the Memorial Day weekend. Excited they were 11.99 a pound. Very tough steak which was surprising for a NY Strip. Will pass on these next time around…

I’ve always had a positive experience at Sam’s. They have good prices and are really nice. I bought a tv in November however. A 70” Hisense it started getting lines in it about a month ago. A 3 month old tv that was pretty expensive for myself. Now it has so many lines I can barely see the screen. I called Sam’s and they said it has a year warranty to contact the company. I did and they ask for pictures showing the problem. I took a pic from 10-15 feet back and provided receipt proof. They responded they can’t warranty it because they seen physical damage on the border of the screen. For one there is zero damage I brought it straight from Sam’s and hung on my wall. I replied with a video of close up all around the tv to prove no damage but still nothing. I started researching and found this is a common issue and they are terrible at warranty claims. Selling products like this makes sams look bad as well. Had I known I woulda spend more money on a better brand. I want to take the tv to sams to prove their is no damage and show them the emails from Hisense so they can see the kind of products they are selling customers. I’ve attached a photo of the tv. It started with one thin line and now there’s many.
