None of the staff knows what they are doing. It took 5 times to go to Lowes to get the right items. Well not the right things but it worked. I had to take things back 4 times due to it being the wrong thing they would tell me I needed. And finding someone to help while you are there is next to impossible.

They are out of stock on so many items. (Always) The younger people act like they are hiding from everyone. Their WiFi is terrible. So, don't plan on using the Lowes app to do anything. Make your list on a text file on your phone. The older associates are great and do their best to make sure you get what you need, while the younger ones avoid eye contact and walk right buy. I dislike writing a bad review, but there are too many times I go there (it's closer to my house) and end up having to go to the Barboursville Lowes to get what I need. So, that's 12 miles to the Southpoint Lowes, then 12 miles back... drive right past my house then 15 miles to the Barboursville Lowes, and 15 miles back. That's over 50 miles, plus my time wasted. I should just shop at the one in Barboursville.

I have been buying lumber at Lowe's for years and years. I just called and tried to place an order for 45 deck boards and they tell me now that they do not give 10% discount to veterans anymore. Guess I will be going to home depot. This lowes advantage card I have will not be used again, but I can go there and get free air.

I guess all places of business may have trouble keeping staff but The company's need to remember without professional customer service the customer will go elsewhere

This location is what I can expect of Lowe’s. Though it is not at the top of my list of goto places as I prefer supporting local places as I can. Veteran discount certainly helps if you care to. Easily accessible. Clean. Well maintained. Staff is super helpful. I’d stop here anytime.

Very organized and well stocked products and prices are extremely competitive with similar mega home improvement centers. Workers are courteous and knowledgeable and often have experience with the most efficient materials and tools for getting the customers projects done to professional standards. Great place to shop.

Jordan at the paint desk really helped me out with an issue. Friendly and fast service today. Also, the customer service desk and curbside employees always provide great service at this Lowe's. Thank you!

All 2x4 were chewed up and had carpenter bee holes and still paid full price for the junk, also was my 4 trip in 2 months and once again was told they needed to order tie down rope, seems like they have been out for a couple months, if you run out so quick maybe you should I don't know order more next time, I believe the rest of my shopping will be done at home Depot.
